The de-escalate decision form popup can be accessed via the 
actions column menu of the Decision tab at any of the selected asset view page (e.g. 
organisation, 
programme, project, 
sub-project etc), as shown in Figure 2.

This popup is shown in Figure 2 and is used to 
de-escalate a 
decision from a higher authority.

If you are sure that you want to de-escalate this decision, click the “De-escalate decision” button to confirm. Click the “Cancel” button if you no longer want to de-escalate this decision.
