“Asset” is a generic name used for everything created and stored in Psoda, including
organisations,
projects,
users,
groups etc.All assets share some common attributes:

| Last update date | This is the last date and time that the asset was updated. |
| Last update user | This is the last user who updated the asset. |
When a user opens the
edit or
delete form for a specific asset then that asset is automatically locked by the system to prevent another user from accidentally editing or deleting the same asset. If an asset it
locked by another user then it is shown in the view page of that asset as well as in the
asset listing.The lock is automatically released when the user closes the edit or delete form. If a user should accidentally close their browser before closing the edit or delete forms then the lock will time out and release automatically after 15 minutes.
