issues uncovered during testing.Defects can be added from the 
programme, 
project, 
sub-project, product, 
release, 
test run, 
test case results or
test step results view pages.Each defect has its own 
workflow. When you 
add the defect you can select the Standard Defect Workflow, or you add a new workflow specific to your organisation.
