Request password reset

Introduction

Passwords in Psoda are stored in an encrypted form. This means that we cannot retrieve your original password to e-mail it to you. Instead we have provided a mechanism to reset your password.

Resetting your password is a four-step process:

  1. Request a password reset by filling in the form below.
  2. You will receive an email to your registered email address containing a special link.
  3. Open this link in your browser. It will take you to a form where you can supply a new password for your account.
  4. Fill in the password form and press the "Reset password" button.

The email will also contain a link you can use to cancel the password reset. You can use this link if you no longer want to reset your password.

If you received a password reset email but never requested a reset then it may mean that somebody else is trying to gain access to your account. Immediately select the cancel option from the email and contact the Psoda support team to investigate who had requested the password reset.
