Setting up your budget structure

You build up the structure of your budget using Budget Groups in Psoda. Your project can have any number of Budgets Groups and each Budget Group can have sub-groups to any number of levels.A typical budget for a project may have a single top level to roll up/summarise the rest of the budget groups. If you want to split your CAPEX and OPEX then this may be a good second level. The diagram below shows an example budget breakdown:

You can plan the costs on your projects using Budgets and you can track the expenditures using Expenses.
