To navigate into the contract’s view page, select the link beneath the contract <\/strong>column of the Contracts<\/strong> tab at the parent asset’s view page. This page is shown in Figure 1 and shows all the information relating to the selected \"Contracts<\/a>contract<\/a>.\r\n\r\n\"contract<\/a>\r\n

Figure 1 – Contract view page<\/strong><\/p>\r\nThe \u00a0top header area<\/a> allows you to\u00a0\"Edit<\/a> edit<\/a>, \"Delete<\/a> delete or \"Move<\/a>move the contract; or to add a new\u00a0\"Actions<\/a> action<\/a>,\u00a0\"Attachments<\/a> attachment<\/a> or\u00a0\"Comment<\/a> comment<\/a>, \"Budget<\/a>budget or \"Expenses<\/a>expense item to this contract.\r\n\r\nSome details of the contract are displayed just below the top header area such as the contract’s location withing Psoda, it’s category, title, description, vendor and next review date. The rest of the page is made up of a number of tabs or sections (depending on your selected view):\r\n

\"Actions<\/a>\u00a0Actions<\/h4>\r\nThis tab shows an asset listing<\/a> of all of the\u00a0actions<\/a> registered for this contract, as shown in Figure 2.\u00a0 By default, this table will present you with a number of details about the actions such as it’s reference, description, priority and due date to name a few. If you click on the reference<\/strong> link of the listed action, you will navigate to that action’s view page<\/a>.\r\nFrom the Actions column<\/strong> of this actions table, you can act on individual actions by \"Edit<\/a>editing<\/a>, \"Delete<\/a>deleting<\/a>, \"escalate<\/a>escalating or \"Move<\/a>moving the chosen action.\"action<\/a>\r\n

\"Attachments<\/a>\u00a0Attachments<\/h4>\r\nThis tab shows an asset listing<\/a> of all of the attachments<\/a> that have been added to this contract, as shown in Figure 3.\u00a0 By default, this table will present you with a number of details about the attachments such as the file’s name, attachment type, view the version and access a download link.\r\nFrom the Actions column<\/strong> of this attachments table, you can act on individual attachments by \"Edit<\/a>editing<\/a>, \"Delete<\/a>deleting<\/a>, \"Move<\/a>moving<\/a> or \"lock<\/a>locking<\/a>\/\"unlock<\/a>unlocking<\/a> the selected attachment.\r\n\r\n\"view<\/a>\r\n

Here, you can also export this attachment list to \"Excel<\/a>Excel or \"CSV<\/a>CSV files.\r\n\r\nAt the very bottom of this tabbed view, you have the option to add more attachments by utilising the drag and drop functionality to drag the files you wish to upload into the drop box (note that this function works in HTML5 compliant browsers only).\r\n

\"Budget<\/a>\u00a0Budgets<\/h4>\r\nThis tab shows an asset listing<\/a> of all of the budget groups<\/a> or budget items<\/a> that have been added to this contract, as shown in Figure 4.\u00a0 By default, this table shows the baseline and actual cost details for this budget or group, together with all of the budget items and groups it contains.\r\nFrom the Actions column<\/strong> of this budgets table, you can act on individual budget groups by \"Edit<\/a>editing, \"Delete<\/a>deleting, \"Move<\/a>moving, \"Copy<\/a>copying, \"link<\/a>linking, \"gantt\"<\/a>baselining the chosen budget group or you may have options to add a \"add<\/a>sub-group or \"add<\/a>budget item to the group. You can act on any listed budget items from this same column by \"Edit<\/a>editing<\/a>, \"Delete<\/a>deleting<\/a>, \"Move<\/a>moving<\/a> or \"Expenses<\/a>adding an expense item to the selected budget item.\r\n\r\n\"budget<\/a>\r\n

Note that you can customise your table view<\/a> by clicking the \"Edit<\/a>edit button at the bottom of the budget table or navigate to this same spot to \"Add<\/a>add more budgets to this contract, or \"CSV<\/a>import a number of budgets from a CSV file. Here, you can also export this budget list to \"Excel<\/a>Excel or \"CSV<\/a>CSV files.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

\"Comment<\/a>\u00a0Comments<\/h4>\r\nThis tab shows an asset listing<\/a> of all of the comments<\/a> that \"icon_user\"<\/a>users<\/a> have made on this contract, as shown in Figure 5.\u00a0 By default, this table will present you with a number of details about the comments such as, the date that this comment was last updated, who created the comment, the comment itself and any associated tags to name a few.\r\nFrom the Actions column<\/strong> of this comments table, you can act on individual comments by \"Edit<\/a>editing<\/a> or \"Delete<\/a>deleting<\/a>\u00a0 the selected comment.\r\n\r\n\"view<\/a>\r\n

Figure 6 – Contract details tab<\/strong><\/p>\r\nThis tab shows additional details of the contract, for example the start and end dates and budget intervals as well as the manager for the contract, as shown in Figure 6.\r\n

\"Expenses<\/a>\u00a0Expenses<\/h4>\r\nThis tab\u00a0an asset listing<\/a> of all of the expenses logged for this contract, as shown in Figure 7. By default, this table shows the budget item that this expense item is associated with, the reference, description, date, date of payment as well amount including and excluding tax information. The number of comments and attachments added to an expense item is also indicated in this view.\r\n\r\nThe Actions column<\/strong> of the expenses table provides accessible functions to act on a chosen expense item. These functions include \"Edit<\/a>editing, \"Delete<\/a>deleting, \"Move<\/a>moving or \"Copy<\/a>copying the chosen expense item or adding a \"Comment<\/a>comment or \"Attachments<\/a>attachment to that expense item.\r\n

A chart at the bottom of this tabbed view will also visually show you the accumulated expenses from the start of this contract.<\/p>\r\n

\"History<\/a>\u00a0History<\/h4>\r\nThis tab shows shows some basic history of the contract, as shown in Figure 8.\u00a0 By default, this tab will present you with a number of details about the contract’s history such as the creation date, creation user, last update date and last update user. If the contract has been changed then this section will also show a table of all the changes that has been made, including the date of each change, the field changed, the value before the change and the user who made the change.\"view<\/a>\r\n\r\n \r\n

Note that you can customise your change table view<\/a> by clicking the \"Edit<\/a>edit button at the bottom of the change table. Here, you can also export this list of changes to \"Excel<\/a>Excel or \"CSV<\/a>CSV files.<\/p>\r\n \r\n

\"votes<\/a>\u00a0Votes<\/h4>\r\nThis tab shows shows the voting history for the contract, as shown in Figure 9.\u00a0 By default, this tab will present you with a number of details about the contract’s voting history such as the vote’s title, transition, when the vote was taken, the vote’s result and any notes associated with this vote to name a few details.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\n\"votes<\/a>\r\n
