This popup<\/a> form can be accessed via the \"Add<\/a>add menu in the top header area of the \"Programme<\/a>programme<\/a> or \"Project<\/a>project<\/a> view pages, as shown in Figure 1. Alternatively you can access the \"Add<\/a>add popup form at the bottom of the Whiteboards<\/strong> tab at these same view pages, as shown in Figure 2.\r\n

This popup is shown in Figure 3 and is used to add a new \"icon_whiteboard\"<\/a>whiteboard<\/a> for the selected asset<\/a>.<\/p>\r\n

Parent asset:<\/th>\r\nThis read-only<\/em> field shows which programme or project you are adding this new whiteboard to.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Reference*<\/em><\/sup>:<\/th>\r\nUse this field to enter a reference<\/a> for your whiteboard. If you enter a prefix and end it with one or more zeros,e.g. WB_00, then you can click on the \"Reference<\/a>“Find next reference” button to search for the next available reference number with the same prefix and number of digits. If your project has a Project Code then this will be used as the default reference.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Title:<\/th>\r\nEnter a short title for this new whiteboard here.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Description:<\/th>\r\nEnter a longer description for this new whiteboard here.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Whiteboard type:<\/th>\r\nSelect if you want to set the background of this whiteboard to be black or white.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Add more whiteboards:<\/th>\r\nLeave this check box selected if you’d like to keep the form open and add more whiteboards to the chosen project or programme after this new whiteboard has been created.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n<\/tbody>\r\n<\/table>\r\n*<\/em><\/sup>The reference is mandatory, but all others are optional.\r\n\r\nIf you accidentally try to add a whiteboard with the same reference as an existing whiteboard in your project then you will get a warning message.\r\n\r\nOnce you are happy with your entries click the “Add whiteboard<\/strong>” button at the bottom of the form. This will add a new whiteboard with the details that you supplied.\r\n\r\nThe new whiteboard can be viewed in a number of locations, including the Whiteboard<\/strong>s<\/strong> tabs at the parent asset’s view page, as shown in Figure 4. Alternatively you can view the new whiteboard from the parent asset’s dashboard<\/strong> in the Open <\/strong>Whiteboards<\/strong> dashlet, as shown in Figure 5.\r\n\r\n\"\"<\/a>\r\n
