This popup<\/a> form can be accessed via the \"Options<\/a>options menu in the top header area of the lesson view page, as shown in Figure 1. Alternatively you can access the \"escalate<\/a>escalate popup form via the \"Actions<\/a>actions column menu of the Lessons<\/strong> tab at any of the parent view pages (e.g. \"Contact<\/a>organisation, \"Programme<\/a>programme, \"Project<\/a>project, \"Subproject<\/a>sub-project,\u00a0\"Risk<\/a>risk or \"issues<\/a>issue), as shown in Figure 2.\r\n

This popup is shown in Figure 3 and is used to escalate a lesson<\/a> to a higher authority.<\/p>\r\n

Figure 3 – Escalate lesson form<\/strong><\/p>\r\nThis form allows you to escalate this lesson upwards, e.g. from a project to a programme, or to a specific user.\r\n\r\nUse the authority<\/strong> drop-down list to select where you want to escalate this lesson and if you are happy with this selection, click the “Escalate lesson<\/strong>” button at the bottom of the form.\r\n\r\nClick the “Cancel<\/strong>” button if you no longer want to escalate this lesson.<\/div>\r\n
