This popup<\/a> form can be accessed via the indicator view page<\/a> \"Edit<\/a>edit button in the top header area, as shown in Figure 1. Alternatively you can edit from the Indicators<\/strong> tab, shown in Figure 2.\r\n

Organisation\/ Portfolio:<\/th>\r\nThis read-only field shows which Organisation or Portfolio the parent asset of the indicator being edited. In Figure 3 above, the parent asset is a Portfolio.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Name*<\/em><\/sup>:<\/th>\r\nUse this field to edit the unique name for this indicator.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Read only:<\/th>\r\nCheck or un-check this box if you want this indicator to be read-only.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Section:<\/th>\r\nUse this drop-down list to select or change the section for this new indicator.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
(New section):<\/th>\r\nThis field will only be available if you have selected the “Add a new section” option of the drop-list provided in the Section<\/strong> field above.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Description:<\/th>\r\nUse this field to enter or edit the description of your indicator.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Portfolios:<\/th>\r\nCheck or un-check this box\u00a0if this indicator applies to portfolios.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Programmes:<\/th>\r\nCheck or un-check this box\u00a0if this indicator applies to programmes.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Projects:<\/th>\r\nCheck or un-check this box\u00a0if this indicator applies to projects.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Archived:<\/th>\r\nSet this check box if you’d like to archive this indicator.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n<\/tbody>\r\n<\/table>\r\nOnce you are happy with your entries click the Update indicator<\/strong> button at the bottom of the form. This will update the indicator with the details that you supplied.\r\n\r\nClick the Cancel<\/strong> button if you no longer want to update the indicator.<\/div>\r\n
