This popup<\/a> form can be accessed at via the \"Add<\/a>add menu in the top header area of the \"Portfolio<\/a>portfolio view page<\/a>, as shown in Figure 1. Alternatively you can add from the Indicators<\/strong> tab, shown in Figure 2. Finally, you can add an indicator directly under an \"Contact<\/a>organisation<\/a>, by selecting the option from the top header area of the organisation view page<\/a>, as shown in Figure 3.<\/p>\r\n

Parent Asset:<\/th>\r\nThis read-only<\/em> field shows which asset you are adding the indicator to. These have been circled in Figure 4 above, to show that this field will differ depending on where you wish to add the indicator.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Name*<\/em><\/sup>:<\/th>\r\nUse this field to enter a unique name for this indicator.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Read only:<\/th>\r\nSelect this check box if you want this indicator to be read-only.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Section:<\/th>\r\nUse this drop-down list to select the section for this new indicator.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
(New section):<\/th>\r\nThis field can be used to add a new section, it will only be available if you have selected the “Add a new section” option of the drop-list provided in the Section<\/strong> field above.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Description:<\/th>\r\nUse this field to enter a description of your indicator.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Portfolios:<\/th>\r\nSelect this check box if this indicator applies to portfolios.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Programmes:<\/th>\r\nSelect this check box if this indicator applies to \"Programme<\/a>programmes<\/a>.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Projects:<\/th>\r\nSelect this check box if this indicator applies to \"Project<\/a>projects<\/a>.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Add more indicators:<\/th>\r\nSet this check box if you’d like to keep the form open and add more indicators.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n<\/tbody>\r\n<\/table>\r\nOnce you are happy with your selection click the “Add indicator<\/strong>” button at the bottom of the form. This will add a new indicator with the information that you supplied.\r\n\r\nThe new indicator can be viewed in a number of locations, including the Indicator<\/strong>s<\/strong> tab at the parent asset’s view page, as shown in Figure 5. Alternatively you can view the new indicator from the parent asset’s dashboard<\/strong> in the Indicators<\/strong> dashlet, as shown in Figure 6.\"general<\/a>\r\n
