This page is shown in Figure 1 and shows all the information relating to the particular \"Portfolio<\/a>portfolio<\/a>.\r\n\r\n\"portfolio<\/a>\r\n

Figure 1 – Portfolio view page<\/strong><\/p>\r\nThe \u00a0top header area<\/a> allows you to\u00a0\"Edit<\/a> edit<\/a>,\u00a0\"Delete<\/a> delete<\/a> or \"Move<\/a>move the portfolio; or to add a new \"Indicators<\/a>indicator or \"Attachments<\/a>attachment to this portfolio.\r\n\r\nSome details of the portfolio are displayed in subsections just below the top header area, for example the description and the \"Workflowworkflow<\/a> that has been selected for this portfolio. The rest of the page is made up of a number of tabs or sections (depending on your selected view):\r\n

\"Attachments<\/a> Attachments<\/h4>\r\nThis tab shows an asset listing<\/a> of all of the attachments<\/a> that have been added to this portfolio, as shown in Figure 2.\u00a0 By default, this table will present you with a number of details about the attachments such as the file’s name, attachment type, view the version and access a download link.\r\nFrom the Actions column<\/strong> of this attachments table, you can act on individual attachments by \"Edit<\/a>editing<\/a>, \"Delete<\/a>deleting<\/a>, \"Move<\/a>moving<\/a> or \"lock<\/a>locking<\/a>\/\"unlock<\/a>unlocking<\/a> the selected attachment.\r\n\r\n\"view<\/a>\r\n

Figure 2 – Portfolio attachments tab<\/strong><\/p>\r\nNote that you can customise your table view<\/a> by clicking the \"Edit<\/a>edit button at the bottom of the attachment table or navigate to this same spot to \"Add<\/a>add more attachments to this portfolio. Here, you can also export this attachment list to \"Excel<\/a>Excel or \"CSV<\/a>CSV files.\r\n\r\nAt the very bottom of this tabbed view, you have the option to add more attachments by utilising the drag and drop functionality to drag the files you wish to upload into the drop box (note that this function works in HTML5 compliant browsers only).\r\n\r\n \r\n

\"benefit\"<\/a>\u00a0Benefits<\/h4>\r\nThis tab shows\u00a0an asset listing<\/a> of all of the benefits defined for this portfolio, as shown in Figure 3. By default, this table provides measurement information about the benefits listed, it’s title and a progress indicator. From here you may also view the workflow \"chart\"<\/a>profile. If you click the link in the reference column, you will navigate into the chosen benefit’s view page.\r\n\r\nFrom the Actions column<\/strong> of this benefits table, you can act on individual benefits by \"Edit<\/a>editing, \"Delete<\/a>deleting or \"Move<\/a>moving the chosen benefit or \"add<\/a>adding a sub-benefit or \"link<\/a>linking benefits.\"benefit<\/a>\r\n

Note that at the bottom of the table you can \"Add<\/a>add more benefits, or\u00a0customise your table view<\/a> by clicking the \"Edit<\/a>edit button to show or hide certain benefit information, or export this benefit list to \"Excel<\/a>Excel or \"CSV<\/a>CSV files.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

\"chart\"<\/a>\u00a0Budget Charts<\/h4>\r\nInstead of a table view, this tab provides a graphical view of your accumulated baseline vs. actual over time for the budget groups contained in lower level assets beneath this portfolio, as shown in Figure 4.\u00a0 The charts are generated from the information in put in the budgets<\/strong> tables at each asset level.\r\n\r\n\"budget<\/a>\r\n

If an asset under the portfolio level, doesn’t have the right information to generate this kind of chart, it’s name will be greyed out and no chart will be displayed.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

\"Dashboard<\/a>\u00a0Dashboard<\/h4>\r\nThis tabbed view will display a collection of customisable dashlets, related to the portfolio you are currently viewing. In Figure 5 below, our “demo portfolio” has the Programmes & Projects dashlet and the Open Risks dashlet readily available, to show listings of any programmes\/projects associated with this portfolio, and any open risks that may need attending to.\"general<\/a>\r\n

You may show or hide any dashlets that you need at a given point in time by selecting the\u00a0\"Edit<\/a> Customise dashboard<\/strong> link at the very bottom of this tabbed view.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

\"Traceability<\/a>\u00a0Dependency matrix<\/h4>\r\nThis tab shows the dependency matrix for the selected portfolio, as shown in Figure 6.\r\n

You can show more or less information by selecting the \"expand<\/a>expand or \"collapse<\/a>collapse icons next to each asset<\/a> that allows for this. This is a useful way of assessing \"dependency\"<\/a>dependencies between a number of assets grouped under the whole portfolio.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

\"History<\/a>\u00a0History<\/h4>\r\nThis tab shows shows some basic history of the portfolio, as shown in Figure 7.\u00a0 By default, this tab will present you with a number of details about the portfolio’s history such as the creation date, creation user, last update date and last update user. If the portfolio has been changed then this section will also show a table of all the changes that has been made, including the date of each change, the field changed, the value before the change and the user who made the change.\"view<\/a>\r\n\r\n \r\n

Note that you can customise your change table view<\/a> by clicking the \"Edit<\/a>edit button at the bottom of the change table. Here, you can also export this list of changes to \"Excel<\/a>Excel or \"CSV<\/a>CSV files.<\/p>\r\n \r\n

\"Indicators<\/a>\u00a0Indicators<\/h4>\r\nThis tabbed view shows the indicator table as seen in Figure 8, listing any indicators that have been defined for this portfolio. By default, this table shows the name and description of any containing indicators, the classes (areas that this indicator applies to in Psoda) and whether this is a read-only indicator.\r\n\r\nThe Actions column<\/strong> of the indicator table provides accessible functions to act on a chosen indicator. These functions include \"Edit<\/a>editing, \"Delete<\/a>deleting, \"Move<\/a>moving or \"Copy<\/a>copying that indicator.\"general<\/a>\r\n

\"Lesson<\/a>\u00a0Lessons<\/h4>\r\nThis tab shows\u00a0an asset listing<\/a> of all of the lessons that have been added to this portfolio, as shown in Figure 9. By default you will be presented with the lesson’s context, reference, title, description, the user who created the lesson and it’s current state . If you select the link under the lesson column, you will navigate into the lesson’s view page. The workflow column also provides information as to the next workflow transitions available, if a workflow has been selected upon lesson creation.\r\n\r\nFrom the Actions column<\/strong> of the lessons table, you can act on individual lessons by\u00a0 \"Edit<\/a>editing, \"escalate<\/a>escalating, \"Delete<\/a>deleting, \"Move<\/a>moving the lesson or adding \"Comment<\/a>comments or \"Attachments<\/a>attachments to that lesson.\"lessons<\/a>\r\n

\"Portfolio<\/a>\u00a0Portfolios<\/h4>\r\nThis tab shows\u00a0an asset listing<\/a> of all of the sub-portfolios that have been created for this portfolio, as shown in Figure 10. By default, this table will present you with the name and description of any listed sub-portfolios.\r\nFrom the Actions column<\/strong> of this sub-portfolios table, you can act on individual portfolios by \"Edit<\/a>editing<\/a>, \"Delete<\/a>deleting<\/a>, or \"Move<\/a>moving the selected portfolio\r\n\r\n\"portfolio<\/a>\r\n

\"Report<\/a> Reports<\/h4>\r\nThis tabbed view shows a listing of the reports as seen in Figure 12, listing any reports available for this portfolio.\r\n\r\nFigure 12 shows this alphabetical listing, and your specific list may vary slightly depending on if your System Administrator has created any new report templates that have been customised to be available to your portfolio only.\r\n

This listing is unable to be customised, but provides the name of the report and a more detailed description of what information this report is built for and how the report is grouped.<\/p>\r\n

Once you click on a report’s name, the run report form will popup. These popup forms vary depending on the report being run.<\/p>\r\n\r\n
