This page is shown in Figure 1 and shows all the information relating to the selected \"vendor<\/a>vendor<\/a>.\r\n\r\n\"vendor<\/a>\r\n

Figure 1 – Vendor view page<\/strong><\/p>\r\nThe \u00a0top header area<\/a> allows you to\u00a0\"Edit<\/a> edit<\/a>, \"Move<\/a>move or\u00a0\"Delete<\/a> delete<\/a> the vendor; or to add a new \"Attachments<\/a>attachment or \"Comment<\/a>comment to this vendor.\r\n\r\nSome details of the vendor are displayed just below the top header area such as the vendor’s location within Psoda, and it’s description. The rest of the page is made up of a number of tabs or sections (depending on your selected view):\r\n

\"Attachments<\/a>\u00a0Attachments<\/h4>\r\nThis tab shows an asset listing<\/a> of all of the attachments<\/a> that have been added to this vendor, as shown in Figure 2.\u00a0 By default, this table will present you with a number of details about the attachments such as the file’s name, attachment type, view the version and access a download link.\r\nFrom the Actions column<\/strong> of this attachments table, you can act on individual attachments by \"Edit<\/a>editing<\/a>, \"Delete<\/a>deleting<\/a>, \"Move<\/a>moving<\/a> or \"lock<\/a>locking<\/a>\/\"unlock<\/a>unlocking<\/a> the selected attachment.\r\n\r\n\"view<\/a>\r\n

\"Comment<\/a>\u00a0Comments<\/h4>\r\nThis tab shows an asset listing<\/a> of all of the comments<\/a> that \"icon_user\"<\/a>users<\/a> have made on this vendor, as shown in Figure 3.\u00a0 By default, this table will present you with a number of details about the comments such as, the date that this comment was last updated, who created the comment, the comment itself and any associated tags to name a few.\r\nFrom the Actions column<\/strong> of this comments table, you can act on individual comments by \"Edit<\/a>editing<\/a> or \"Delete<\/a>deleting<\/a>\u00a0 the selected comment.\r\n\r\n\"view<\/a>\r\n

\"Contracts<\/a>\u00a0Contracts<\/h4>\r\n

This tab shows an asset listing<\/a> of all of the contracts<\/a> that have been added to this vendor, as shown in Figure 4.\u00a0 By default, this table will present you with a number of details about the contracts such as it’s\u00a0category, title, description, vendor, start, review and end dates, manager, any attachments or comments and the contract’s current state. If you select the link in the contract<\/strong> column, you will navigate into that contract’s view page.\r\nFrom the Actions column<\/strong> of this contracts table, you can act on individual contracts by \"Edit<\/a>editing, \"Delete<\/a>deleting, \"Move<\/a>moving the contract or adding \"Comment<\/a>comments or \"Attachments<\/a>attachments to the chosen contract .<\/p>\r\n

Figure 5 – Vendor details tab<\/strong><\/p>\r\nThis tab shows some additional details of the vendor, for example the description of this vendor that can be inline edited, as shown in Figure 5.\r\n\r\n \r\n

\"Expenses<\/a>\u00a0Expenses<\/h4>\r\nThis tab\u00a0an asset listing<\/a> of all of the expenses logged for this vendor, as shown in Figure 6. By default, this table shows the budget item that this expense item is associated with, the reference, description, date, date of payment as well amount including and excluding tax information. The number of comments and attachments added to an expense item is also indicated in this view.\r\n\r\nThe Actions column<\/strong> of the expenses table provides accessible functions to act on a chosen expense item. These functions include \"Edit<\/a>editing, \"Delete<\/a>deleting, \"Move<\/a>moving or \"Copy<\/a>copying the chosen expense item or adding a \"Comment<\/a>comment or \"Attachments<\/a>attachment to that expense item.\r\n

A chart at the bottom of this tabbed view will also visually show you the accumulated expenses from the start of this project.<\/p>\r\n

Note that you can customise your table view<\/a> by clicking the \"Edit<\/a>edit button at the bottom of the expenses table or navigate to this same spot to \"Add<\/a>add more expense items to this vendor manually, or you can \"CSV<\/a>import multiple expenses from a CSV file. Here, you can also export this list to \"Excel<\/a>Excel or \"CSV<\/a>CSV files.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

\"History<\/a>\u00a0History<\/h4>\r\nThis tab shows shows some basic history of the vendor, as shown in Figure 7.\u00a0 By default, this tab will present you with a number of details about the vendor’s history such as the creation date, creation user, last update date and last update user. If the vendor has been changed then this section will also show a table of all the changes that has been made, including the date of each change, the field changed, the value before the change and the user who made the change.\"view<\/a>\r\n\r\n \r\n

Note that you can customise your change table view<\/a> by clicking the \"Edit<\/a>edit button at the bottom of the change table. Here, you can also export this list of changes to \"Excel<\/a>Excel or \"CSV<\/a>CSV files.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

\"Materials<\/a>\u00a0Materials<\/h4>\r\nThis tab shows an asset listing<\/a> of all of the materials<\/a> needed for this vendor, as shown in Figure 8.\u00a0 By default, this table will present you with a number of details about the materials such as, the description, quantity needed, unit price, total price, the vendor as well as if the material has been ordered or delivered. Materials that are due to be ordered or delivered are flagged in red under the order by<\/strong> and n<\/strong>eeded by<\/strong> columns. You can sort the table by clicking on the column headings and if you click on the link below the material<\/strong> column you will navigate into the selected material’s view page.\r\nFrom the Actions column<\/strong> of this materials table, you can act on individual materials by \"Edit<\/a>editing or \"Delete<\/a>deleting\u00a0 the selected material.\"materials<\/a>\r\n\r\n \r\n
