This popup<\/a> form can be accessed via the \"Add<\/a>add menu in the top header area of the \"Contact<\/a>organisation view page<\/a>, as shown in Figure 1. Alternatively, you can access the \"Add<\/a>add popup form at the bottom of the Vendors<\/strong> tab at this same view page, as shown in Figure 2.\r\n

This popup is shown in Figure 3 and is used to add a new \"vendor<\/a>vendor<\/a> for the selected organisation<\/a>.<\/p>\r\n

Organisation:<\/th>\r\nThis read-only<\/em> field shows which organisation this new vendor is being added to.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Name*<\/em><\/sup>:<\/th>\r\nEnter a unique name for this vendor here.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Description:<\/th>\r\nEnter a description for this vendor here.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Add more vendors:<\/th>\r\nSelect this check box if you would like to keep the form open and add more vendors to this organisation, once the current vendor has been created.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n<\/tbody>\r\n<\/table>\r\nOnce you are happy with your selection click the “Add vendor<\/strong>” button at the bottom of the form. This will add a new vendor with the information that you supplied.\r\n\r\nThe new vendor can be viewed in the Vendors <\/strong>tab asset listing at the parent organisation’s view page, as shown in Figure 4.\r\n\r\n\"\"<\/a>\r\n
