This page is shown in Figure 1 and shows all the information relating to the selected \"evaluation\"<\/a>evaluation<\/a>.\r\n\r\n\"Evaluation<\/a>\r\n

Figure 1 – Evaluation view page<\/strong><\/p>\r\nThe viewing screen allows you to\u00a0\"Edit<\/a> edit<\/a> or\u00a0\"Delete<\/a> delete<\/a> this evaluation; or to add a new \"Attachments<\/a>attachment or \"Comment<\/a>comment to this evaluation.\r\n\r\nSome details of the evaluation are displayed in subsections just below the top header area, such as the evaluation’s location within Psoda, and it’s description. \u00a0The rest of the page is made up of a number of tabs or sections (depending on your selected view):\r\n\r\n \r\n

\"Attachments<\/a>\u00a0Attachments<\/h4>\r\nThis tab shows an asset listing<\/a> of all of the attachments<\/a> that have been added to this evaluation, as shown in Figure 2.\u00a0 By default, this table will present you with a number of details about the attachments such as the file’s name, attachment type, view the version and access a download link.\r\nFrom the Actions column<\/strong> of this attachments table, you can act on individual attachments by \"Edit<\/a>editing<\/a>, \"Delete<\/a>deleting<\/a>, \"Move<\/a>moving<\/a> or \"lock<\/a>locking<\/a>\/\"unlock<\/a>unlocking<\/a> the selected attachment.\r\n\r\n\"view<\/a>\r\n

Figure 2 – Evaluation attachments tab<\/strong><\/p>\r\nNote that you can customise your table view<\/a> by clicking the \"Edit<\/a>edit button at the bottom of the attachment table or navigate to this same spot to \"Add<\/a>add more attachments to this evaluation. Here, you can also export this attachment list to \"Excel<\/a>Excel or \"CSV<\/a>CSV files.\r\n\r\nAt the very bottom of this tabbed view, you have the option to add more attachments by utilising the drag and drop functionality to drag the files you wish to upload into the drop box (note that this function works in HTML5 compliant browsers only).\r\n\r\n \r\n

\"Comment<\/a>\u00a0Comments<\/h4>\r\nThis tab shows an asset listing<\/a> of all of the comments<\/a> that \"icon_user\"<\/a>users<\/a> have made on this evaluation, as shown in Figure 3.\u00a0 By default, this table will present you with a number of details about the comments such as, the date that this comment was last updated, who created the comment, the comment itself and any associated tags to name a few.\r\nFrom the Actions column<\/strong> of this comments table, you can act on individual comments by \"Edit<\/a>editing<\/a> or \"Delete<\/a>deleting<\/a>\u00a0 the selected comment.\r\n\r\n\"view<\/a>\r\n

\"History<\/a>\u00a0History<\/h4>\r\nThis tab shows shows some basic history of the evaluation, as shown in Figure 4.\u00a0 By default, this tab will present you with a number of details about the evaluation’s history such as the creation date, creation user, last update date and last update user. If the evaluation has been changed then this section will also show a table of all the changes that has been made, including the date of each change, the field changed, the value before the change and the user who made the change.\"view<\/a>\r\n\r\n \r\n

Note that you can customise your change table view<\/a> by clicking the \"Edit<\/a>edit button at the bottom of the change table. Here, you can also export this list of changes to \"Excel<\/a>Excel or \"CSV<\/a>CSV files.<\/p>\r\n \r\n

\"Results\"<\/a>Results<\/h4>\r\nThis tab shows an asset listing<\/a> of all of the \"folder\"<\/a>folders and \"Requirementsrequirements defined for the \"Project<\/a>project or \"Subproject<\/a>sub-project and the \"Results\"<\/a>evaluation results<\/a> against each requirement, as shown in Figure 6.\r\n\r\nFrom the \"Actions<\/a>actions column menu you can \"Editedit the results against a particular requirement.\r\n\r\n\"evaluation<\/a>\r\n

Figure 6 – Evaluation results tab<\/strong><\/p>\r\nYou can open each folder to show the details below that folder by clicking on the\u00a0\"expand<\/a> icon next to that folder.\r\n\r\nThe cells in the table with the darker outline can be edited inline. Just click on the field. If you want to cancel your change press the Escape (Esc) key on your keyboard. To save you change click outside of the cell or press the tab key on your keyboard.\r\n\r\nCells with a bright yellow background indicate where no results has been recorded against a particular requirement yet.\r\n\r\nNote that you can customise your change table view<\/a> by clicking the \"Edit<\/a>edit button at the bottom of the change table.
