This popup<\/a> form can be accessed via the \"Options<\/a>options menu in the top header area of the evaluations view page, as shown in Figure 1. Alternatively you can access the \"Delete<\/a>delete popup form via the \"Actions<\/a>actions column menu of the Evaluations<\/strong> tab at the \"Project<\/a>project<\/a>\u00a0or \"Subproject<\/a>sub-project<\/a> view pages, as shown in Figure 2.\r\n

This popup is shown in Figure 3 and is used to permanently delete an existing evaluation<\/a>.<\/p>\r\n

Parent asset:<\/th>\r\nShows the organisation, programme, project and (if applicable) sub-project levels and the lowest field indicates which asset this evaluation sits under.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Title:<\/th>\r\nShows the title of this evaluation.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Description:<\/th>\r\nShows the description of this evaluation.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n<\/tbody>\r\n<\/table>\r\nWarning:<\/em> All of the \"Results\"<\/a>results, \"Attachments<\/a>attachments and \"Comment<\/a>comments for this evaluation will also be permanently deleted.\r\n\r\nIf you are sure that you want to delete this evaluation then click the Delete evaluation<\/strong> button at the bottom of the form.\r\n\r\nClick the Cancel<\/strong> button if you do not want to delete this evaluation.<\/div>\r\n
