This popup<\/a> form can be accessed via the \"Edit<\/a>edit button in the top header area of the evaluation view page, as shown in Figure 1. Alternatively you can access the \"Edit<\/a>edit popup form via the \"Actions<\/a>actions column menu of the Evaluations<\/strong> tab at the \"Project<\/a>project<\/a>\u00a0or \"Subproject<\/a>sub-project<\/a> view pages, as shown in Figure 2.\r\n

This popup is shown in Figure 3 and is used to edit an existing evaluation<\/a>.<\/p>\r\n

Parent asset:<\/th>\r\nThese read-only<\/em> fields show the organisation, programme, project and (if applicable) sub-project levels and the lowest field indicates which asset this evaluation sits under.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Title*<\/em><\/sup>:<\/th>\r\nEdit the title for this evaluation here. This title must stay unique across the whole project or sub-project that this evaluation was added to.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Description:<\/th>\r\nEnter or edit the description of this evaluation here.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Archived:<\/th>\r\nSelect this check box if you want to assign this evaluation to be archived.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n<\/tbody>\r\n<\/table>\r\nOnce you are happy with your changes, click the Update evaluation<\/strong> button at the bottom of the form. This will update the evaluation with the details that you supplied.\r\n\r\nClick the Cancel<\/strong> button if you no longer want to update the evaluation.<\/div>\r\n
