This page is shown in Figure 1 and shows all the information relating to the particular \"folder\"<\/a>folder<\/a>.\r\n\r\n\"folder<\/a>\r\n

Figure 1 – Folder view page<\/strong><\/p>\r\nThe \u00a0top header area<\/a> allows you to\u00a0\"Edit<\/a> edit<\/a>,\u00a0\"Delete<\/a> delete<\/a>, copy or search the folder; or to add a new \"folder\"sub-folder, \"Requirements<\/a>requirement, \"Test<\/a>test case, \"Test<\/a>test run, \"Defect<\/a>defect or \"Attachments<\/a>attachment to this folder.\r\n\r\nSome details of the folder are displayed in subsections just below the top header area such as the folder’s location within Psoda and it’s description. The rest of the page is made up of a number of tabs or sections (depending on your selected view):\r\n

\"Attachments<\/a>\u00a0Attachments<\/h4>\r\nThis tab shows an asset listing<\/a> of all of the attachments<\/a> that have been added to this folder, as shown in Figure 2.\u00a0 By default, this table will present you with a number of details about the attachments such as the file’s name, attachment type, view the version and access a download link.\r\nFrom the Actions column<\/strong> of this attachments table, you can act on individual attachments by \"Edit<\/a>editing<\/a>, \"Delete<\/a>deleting<\/a>, \"Move<\/a>moving<\/a> or \"lock<\/a>locking<\/a>\/\"unlock<\/a>unlocking<\/a> the selected attachment.\r\n\r\n\"view<\/a>\r\n

Figure 2 – Folder attachments tab<\/strong><\/p>\r\nNote that you can customise your table view<\/a> by clicking the \"Edit<\/a>edit button at the bottom of the attachment table or navigate to this same spot to \"Add<\/a>add more attachments to this folder. Here, you can also export this attachment list to \"Excel<\/a>Excel or \"CSV<\/a>CSV files.\r\n\r\nAt the very bottom of this tabbed view, you have the option to add more attachments by utilising the drag and drop functionality to drag the files you wish to upload into the drop box (note that this function works in HTML5 compliant browsers only).\r\n

\"Defect<\/a>\u00a0Defects<\/h4>\r\nThis tab shows an asset listing<\/a> of all of the defects<\/a> that have been logged for this folder, as shown in Figure 3.\u00a0 By default, this table will present you with a number of details about the defects such as the defect’s number, type, title, severity, priority, current state, date raised, resolve by date and which user this defect is allocated to, to name a few details.\r\nFrom the Actions column<\/strong> of this defects table, you can act on individual defects by \"Edit<\/a>editing<\/a>, \"Delete<\/a>deleting<\/a> or\u00a0 \"Move<\/a>moving<\/a> the selected defect.\r\n\r\n\"defects<\/a>\r\n

Note that you can customise your table view<\/a> by clicking the \"Edit<\/a>edit button at the bottom of the defect table or navigate to this same spot to \"Add<\/a>add more defects to this folder. Here, you can also export this list to \"Excel<\/a>Excel or \"CSV<\/a>CSV files.<\/p>\r\n

At the very bottom of this tab you may also be presented with the option to reduce the number of defects listed by selecting the hide defects for children of this folder<\/strong> link.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

\"Defect<\/a>\u00a0Defects overview<\/h4>\r\n\"defects<\/a>\r\n

Instead of a table view, this tab provides a graphical view of your defects by presenting a number of graphs grouping defects by certain categories, as shown in Figure 4.\u00a0 The defects overview charts are generated by information in the defects<\/strong> tab.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

\"Delete<\/a>\u00a0Deleted assets<\/h4>\r\nThis tab shows an asset listing<\/a> of all of the assets<\/a> that \"icon_user\"<\/a>users<\/a> have deleted or moved from this folder, as shown in Figure 5.\u00a0 By default, this table will present you with a number of details about the assets such as, the time it was deleted or moved, it’s parent asset (if applicable), what type of asset it was, it’s name and which user acted on it.\r\n

Note that you can customise your table view<\/a> by clicking the \"Edit<\/a>edit button at the bottom of the tables. Here, you can also export the list to \"Excel<\/a>Excel or \"CSV<\/a>CSV files.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

\"History<\/a>\u00a0History<\/h4>\r\nThis tab shows shows some basic history of the folder, as shown in Figure 6.\u00a0 By default, this tab will present you with a number of details about the folder’s history such as the creation date, creation user, last update date and last update user. If the folder has been changed then this section will also show a table of all the changes that has been made, including the date of each change, the field changed, the value before the change and the user who made the change.\"view<\/a>\r\n\r\n \r\n

Note that you can customise your change table view<\/a> by clicking the \"Edit<\/a>edit button at the bottom of the change table. Here, you can also export this list of changes to \"Excel<\/a>Excel or \"CSV<\/a>CSV files.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

\"Requirements<\/a>\u00a0Requirements<\/h4>\r\nThis tab shows an asset listing<\/a> of all of the requirements<\/a> that have been added to this folder, as shown in Figure 7. If you click on the link in the reference column, you will navigate into the selected requirement’s view page. By default this requirements table will list some details for the requirements such as the reference, category, description, priority, weighting and current state.\r\n\r\nFrom the Actions column<\/strong> of this requirements table, you can act on individual requirements by \"Edit<\/a>editing, \"Delete<\/a>deleting, \"Move<\/a>moving or \"Add<\/a>adding a sub-requirement to the selected requirement.\r\n\r\n\"requirements<\/a>\r\n

\"Test<\/a>\u00a0Test cases<\/h4>\r\nThis tab shows an asset listing<\/a> of all of the test cases<\/a> that have been listed for this folder, as shown in Figure 8. If you click on the link in the reference column, you will navigate into the selected test case’s view page. By default this test cases table will show some details of the listed test cases such as the reference, title, pre-conditions, description, requirement being tested, current state and the last result.\r\n\r\nFrom the Actions column<\/strong> of this test cases table, you can act on individual test cases by \"Edit<\/a>editing, \"Delete<\/a>deleting, \"Move<\/a>moving, copying or \"add<\/a>adding a sub-test case to the selected test case.\"test<\/a>\r\n

At the bottom of the table you can add more \"folder\"<\/a>sub-folders or \"add<\/a>test cases manually or \"CSV<\/a>import multiple from a CSV file. Note that you can customise your table view<\/a> by clicking the \"Edit<\/a>edit button from here too, as well as being able to export this list to \"Excel<\/a>Excel or \"CSV<\/a>CSV files.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

\"Test<\/a>\u00a0Test runs<\/h4>\r\nThis tab shows an asset listing<\/a> of all of the test runs<\/a> that have been listed for this folder, as shown in Figure 9. If you click on the link in the short name column, you will navigate into the selected test run’s view page. By default this test runs table will show some details of the listed test runs such as the short name, description, progress, passrate, context and status to name a few.\r\n\r\nFrom the Actions column<\/strong> of this test runs table, you can act on individual test runs by \"Edit<\/a>editing, \"Delete<\/a>deleting or \"Move<\/a>moving the selected test run.\r\n\r\n\"test<\/a>\r\n

From the bottom of the table you can \"Add<\/a>add more test runs and customise your table view<\/a> by clicking the \"Edit<\/a>edit button. From here you may also be able to export this list to \"Excel<\/a>Excel or \"CSV<\/a>CSV files.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

\"Traceability<\/a>\u00a0Traceability matrix<\/h4>\r\nThis tab shows the traceability matrix<\/a> for this folder, as shown in Figure 10. The traceability matrix tool is used to visualise the relationships between requirements and requirements, requirements and test cases and other folder entities. It can also be used to add new relationships or to toggle the relationship flags.\r\n

Figure 10 – Folder traceability matrix tab<\/strong><\/p>\r\nBelow the matrix itself, you can edit which assets you want to include on the horizontal and vertical axes by selecting or de-selecting the associated check boxes and selecting the Update matrix<\/strong> button.<\/div>\r\n
