This popup<\/a> form can be accessed via the \"Options<\/a>options menu in the top header area of the \"folder\"<\/a>folder view page, as shown in Figure 1. Alternatively you can access the \"Delete<\/a>delete popup form via the \"Actions<\/a>actions column menu of the Requirements<\/strong> tab at the \"Programme<\/a>programme<\/a>, \"Project<\/a>project<\/a> or \"Requirements<\/a>requirement<\/a> view pages, as shown in Figure 2.\r\n

This popup is shown in Figure 3 and is used to delete an existing folder<\/a>.<\/p>\r\n

Parent Assets:<\/th>\r\nShows the levels this folder belongs under.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Name:<\/th>\r\nShows the name for this folder.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Description:<\/th>\r\nShows the longer description of this folder.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Add more folders:<\/th>\r\nSelect this check box if you would like to keep the form open and add more folders to this asset after this folder has been created.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n<\/tbody>\r\n<\/table>\r\nWarning<\/em>: This will permanently delete the selected folder and any \"Requirements<\/a>requirements, \"Test<\/a>test cases or \"Attachments<\/a>attachments it contains.\r\n\r\nIf you are sure that you want to delete this folder then click the “Delete folder<\/strong>” button at the bottom of the form.\r\n\r\nClick the “Cancel<\/strong>” button if you do not want to delete the folder.<\/div>\r\n
