This popup<\/a> form can be accessed via the \"Add<\/a>add menu in the top header area of the \"Programme<\/a>programme<\/a>, \"Project<\/a>project<\/a> or \"Requirements<\/a>requirement<\/a> view pages, as shown in Figure 1. Alternatively you can access the \"Add<\/a>add popup form at the bottom of the Requirements<\/strong> tab at these same view pages, as shown in Figure 2.\r\n

This popup is shown in Figure 3 and is used to add a new \"folder\"<\/a>folder<\/a> for the selected asset<\/a>.<\/p>\r\n

Parent Assets:<\/th>\r\nThese read-only<\/em> fields show the levels under which this folder is being added.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Name*<\/em><\/sup>:<\/th>\r\nEnter a unique name for the new folder here.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Description:<\/th>\r\nEnter a longer description of this new folder here.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Add more folders:<\/th>\r\nSelect this check box if you would like to keep the form open and add more folders to this asset after this folder has been created.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n<\/tbody>\r\n<\/table>\r\nOnce you are happy with your selection click the “Add folder<\/strong>” button at the bottom of the form. This will add a new folder with the information that you supplied.\r\n\r\nThe new folder can be viewed in the Requirements <\/strong>tab at the parent asset’s view pages, as shown in Figure 4.\"\"<\/a>\r\n
