This popup<\/a> form can be accessed via the \"Edit<\/a>edit button in the top header area of the\"Milestones<\/a> holiday view page, as shown in Figure 1. Alternatively, you can access the \"Edit<\/a>edit popup form via the \"Actions<\/a>actions column menu of the Holidays<\/strong> tab at the\u00a0\"holiday<\/a>holiday calendar view page, as shown in Figure 2.\r\n

This popup is shown in Figure 3 and is used to edit an existing \"Milestones<\/a>holiday<\/a>.<\/p>\r\n

Holiday calendar:<\/th>\r\nThis read-only<\/em> field shows which Holiday calendar this holiday belongs to.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Date:<\/th>\r\nAssign or change the date for this holiday here. You may enter or edit the date manually using one of the preset date formats<\/a> or select a new date using calendar control.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Description:<\/th>\r\nEnter or edit the description of this holiday here e.g. “New Years Day”.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Archived:<\/th>\r\nSelect this check box if you would like to set this holiday to be archived.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n<\/tbody>\r\n<\/table>\r\nOnce you are happy with your entries click the “Update holiday<\/strong>” button at the bottom of the form. This will update the holiday with the details that you supplied.\r\n\r\nClick the “Cancel<\/strong>” button if you no longer want to update this holiday.<\/div>\r\n
