This popup<\/a> form can be accessed via the \"Options<\/a>options menu in the top header area of the role view page, as shown in Figure 1. Alternatively you can access the \"Deletedelete popup form via the \"Actions<\/a>actions column menu of the Roles<\/strong> tab at any of the parent asset view pages (e.g.\u00a0\"Contact<\/a>organisation<\/a>, \"Programme<\/a>programme<\/a> or \"Project<\/a>project<\/a>), as shown in Figure 2.\r\n

This popup is shown in Figure 3 and is used to permanently delete an existing \"Group<\/a>role<\/a>.<\/p>\r\n

Parent Asset:<\/th>\r\nShows which organiation, programme or project this role is under.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Name:<\/th>\r\nShows the name of this role.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Description:<\/th>\r\nShows the description for this role.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Daily rate:<\/th>\r\nShows the daily rate for this role.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Hourly rate:<\/th>\r\nShows the hourly rate for this role.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n<\/tbody>\r\n<\/table>\r\nWarning<\/em>: This will permanently delete the selected role and any \"Attachments<\/a>attachments or \"Comment<\/a>comments that the role contains.\r\n\r\nIf you are sure that you want to delete this role then click the “Delete role<\/strong>” button at the bottom of the form.\r\n\r\nClick the Cancel<\/strong> button if you do not want to delete this role.<\/div>\r\n
