This popup<\/a> form can be accessed via the \"Add<\/a>add menu in the top header area of the\u00a0selected\u00a0asset<\/a> view page (e.g. \"Contact<\/a>organisation<\/a>, \"Programme<\/a>programme<\/a> or \"Project<\/a>project<\/a> view pages, as shown in Figure 1. Alternatively you can access the \"Add<\/a>add popup form at the bottom of the Roles<\/strong> tab at these same view pages, as shown in Figure 2.\r\n

This popup is shown in Figure 3 and is used to add a new \"Group<\/a>role<\/a> for the selected asset.<\/p>\r\n

Parent Asset:<\/th>\r\nThis read-only<\/em> field shows which organisation, programme or project you are adding this new role to.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Name*<\/em><\/sup>:<\/th>\r\nEnter a name for your role here. The name must be unique across the whole of the selected asset.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Description:<\/th>\r\nEnter a longer description for this new role here.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Manager:<\/th>\r\nSelect a manager for this role from this drop-down list of \"icon_user\"<\/a>users<\/a>.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Daily rate:<\/th>\r\nEnter a daily rate for members of this role. The currency used can be changed by editing the \"Contact<\/a>Organisation information.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Hourly rate:<\/th>\r\nEnter an hourly rate for members of this role.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Escalation authority:<\/th>\r\nSelect this check box if you would like to allow this role escalation authority.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Member selection:<\/th>\r\nYou can select multiple assets\/users in the non-members field (left box)<\/strong> by clicking the checkbox or using the SHIFT keys to check multiple assets\/users. These checked assets\/users will be moved to the members field (right box)<\/strong> beside it. If you want to remove an asset\/user, you can uncheck it in the non-members field (left box) or you can press the X button on the asset\/user in the members field (right box). You can also drag and drop to rearrange the order in the members field (right box).<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Add more roles:<\/th>\r\nSelect this check box if you’d like to keep the form open and add more roles to this asset once this new role has been created.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n<\/tbody>\r\n<\/table>\r\nOnce you are happy with your selection click the “Add role<\/strong>” button at the bottom of the form. This will add a new role with the information that you supplied.\r\n\r\nThe new role can be viewed in the Roles <\/strong>tab asset listing at the parent asset’s view page, as shown in Figure 4.\"\"<\/a>\r\n
