This popup<\/a> form can be used to link a benefit with another sub-benefit, so it will then be visible in the benefit tree and can participate in aggregation calculations. The \"link<\/a>link popup can be accessed via the \"Actions<\/a>actions column menu of the Benefits<\/strong> tab at the \"Contact<\/a>organisation, \"Programme<\/a>programme, \"Project<\/a>project, \"Subproject<\/a>sub-project or \"benefit\"<\/a>benefit view pages, as shown in Figure 1.\r\n

Parent asset:<\/th>\r\nShows which asset the selected benefit belongs to.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Reference:<\/th>\r\nShows the a unique reference for this benefit.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Title:<\/th>\r\nShows the title for this benefit.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n<\/tbody>\r\n<\/table>\r\nUse the tree navigation layout to select the sub-benefit<\/strong> you would like to link this benefit to. You can show or hide levels or sub-levels by clicking on the \"expand<\/a>expand or \"collapse<\/a>collapse icons.\r\n\r\nSelect the name of your desired sub-benefit and if you are happy with the selection click on the “Link benefit<\/strong>” button at the bottom of the form.\r\n\r\nNote: names with a\u00a0\"pink<\/a> cannot be selected.\r\n\r\nClick the Cancel<\/strong> button if you do not want to link the benefit.<\/div>\r\n
