Figure 1 – Benefit view page<\/strong><\/p>\r\nThe \u00a0top header area<\/a> allows you to\u00a0\"Edit<\/a> edit<\/a>, \"Delete<\/a> delete<\/a>, \"Move<\/a>move or \"chart\"<\/a>profile this benefit, or \"benefit\"<\/a> add a sub-benefit<\/a>, \"Actions<\/a>action \"Attachments<\/a> attachment<\/a> or\u00a0\"Comment<\/a> comment<\/a> to this benefit.\r\n\r\nSome details of the benefit are displayed just below the top header area in subsections, such as the benefit’s location within Psoda, it’s title, description and progress, as well as any \"Workflow<\/a>workflow<\/a> information where you may be permitted to \"Request<\/a>request<\/a> or \"Pass<\/a> authorise<\/a> a state transition. The rest of the page is made up of a number of tabs or sections (depending on your selected view):\r\n

\"Actions<\/a>\u00a0Actions<\/h4>\r\nThis tab shows an asset listing<\/a> of all of the\u00a0actions<\/a> registered for this benefit, as shown in Figure 2.\u00a0 By default, this table will present you with a number of details about the actions such as it’s reference, description, priority and due date to name a few. If you click on the reference<\/strong> link of the listed action, you will navigate to that action’s view page<\/a>.\r\nFrom the Actions column<\/strong> of this actions table, you can act on individual actions by \"Edit<\/a>editing<\/a>, \"Delete<\/a>deleting<\/a>, \"escalate<\/a>escalating or \"Move<\/a>moving the chosen action.\"action<\/a>\r\n

\"Attachments<\/a>\u00a0Attachments<\/h4>\r\nThis tab shows an asset listing<\/a> of all of the attachments<\/a> that have been added to this benefit, as shown in Figure 3.\u00a0 By default, this table will present you with a number of details about the attachments such as the file’s name, attachment type, view the version and access a download link.\r\nFrom the Actions column<\/strong> of this attachments table, you can act on individual attachments by \"Edit<\/a>editing<\/a>, \"Delete<\/a>deleting<\/a>, \"Move<\/a>moving<\/a> or \"lock<\/a>locking<\/a>\/\"unlock<\/a>unlocking<\/a> the selected attachment.\r\n\r\n\"view<\/a>\r\n

\"benefit\"<\/a>\u00a0Benefits<\/h4>\r\nThis tab shows the benefits table shown in Figure 4, containing any sub-benefits associated with this benefit. By default, this table provides measurement information about the benefits listed, it’s title and a progress indicator. From here you may also view the workflow \"chart\"<\/a>profile.\r\n\r\nFrom the Actions column<\/strong> of this benefits table, you can act on individual benefits by \"Edit<\/a>editing, \"Delete<\/a>deleting or \"Move<\/a>moving the chosen benefit or \"add<\/a>adding a sub-benefit or \"link<\/a>linking benefits.\"benefit<\/a>\r\n

Note that at the bottom of the table you can \"Add<\/a>add more benefits, or\u00a0customise your change table view<\/a> by clicking the \"Edit<\/a>edit button to show or hide certain benefit information, or export this benefit list to \"Excel<\/a>Excel or \"CSV<\/a>CSV files.<\/p>\r\n \r\n

\"benefit\"<\/a> Benefit map<\/h4>\r\nInstead of a table view, this tab provides a graphical view of your benefits.\u00a0 The benefits map is generated from the information you put in the benefits table. Figure 5 below shows an example benefits map:\r\n

\"Figure<\/a>Figure 5 – Benefit Map<\/strong><\/p>\r\nThis interactive map permits selection of benefits, comments and initiatives to be moved within this map. Zoom in or out on certain map areas using the red arrow on the right-hand side of the map and pan around by clicking on the background and dragging.\r\n\r\n

\"Comment<\/a>\u00a0Comments<\/h4>\r\nThis tab shows an asset listing<\/a> of all of the comments<\/a> that \"icon_user\"<\/a>users<\/a> have made on this benefit, as shown in Figure 7.\u00a0 By default, this table will present you with a number of details about the comments such as, the date that this comment was last updated, who created the comment, the comment itself and any associated tags to name a few.\r\nFrom the Actions column<\/strong> of this comments table, you can act on individual comments by \"Edit<\/a>editing<\/a> or \"Delete<\/a>deleting<\/a>\u00a0 the selected comment.\r\n\r\n\"view<\/a>\r\n

Figure 8 – Benefit details tab<\/strong><\/p>\r\nThis tab shows some additional details of the benefit, for example the description, more detailed measurement information, the expression used for report templates and reports, it’s codename to name a few.\r\n

\"History<\/a>\u00a0History<\/h4>\r\nThis tab shows shows some basic history of the benefit, as shown in Figure 9.\u00a0 By default, this tab will present you with a number of details about the benefit’s history such as the creation date, creation user, last update date and last update user. If the benefit has been changed then this section will also show a table of all the changes that has been made, including the date of each change, the field changed, the value before the change and the user who made the change.\"view<\/a>\r\n\r\n \r\n

Note that you can customise your change table view<\/a> by clicking the \"Edit<\/a>edit button at the bottom of the change table. Here, you can also export this list of changes to \"Excel<\/a>Excel or \"CSV<\/a>CSV files.<\/p>\r\n \r\n

\"Attachments<\/a> Issues<\/h4>\r\nThis tabbed view shows the issues table as seen in Figure 10, listing any issues that have been logged for this benefit.\u00a0By default, this table provides impact and priority information, plan progress and resolution dates for the issues listed, as well as any actions that can be taken. The workflow column also provides information as to the next workflow transitions available.\r\n\r\nThe Actions column<\/strong> of the issues table provides accessible functions to act on a chosen issue. These functions include \"Edit<\/a>editing, \"escalate<\/a>escalating, \"Delete<\/a>deleting, \"Move<\/a>moving or adding a \"Comment<\/a>comment or \"Attachments<\/a>attachment to that indicator.\"general<\/a>\r\n

\"Risk<\/a>\u00a0Risks<\/h4>\r\nThis tabbed view shows the risks table as seen in Figure 13, listing any risks that have been logged for this benefit. By default, you will be shown the risk’s context, reference, title, description, proximity, any workflow transitions that may be available and other details also captured in the screenshot below.\r\n\r\nThe Actions column<\/strong> of this table provides accessible functions to act on a chosen role. These functions include \"Edit<\/a>editing, \"escalate<\/a>escalating, \"Delete<\/a>deleting, \"Move<\/a>moving, or \"Copy<\/a>copying a chosen risk. You may also add an \"issues<\/a>issue, \"Comment<\/a>comment or \"Attachments<\/a>attachment to the selected risk via this column as well.\r\n
