This popup<\/a> form can be accessed via the \"Add<\/a>add menu in the top header area of the \"Timesheets<\/a>timesheet view page<\/a>, as shown in Figure 1.\r\n

This popup is shown in Figure 2 and is\u00a0used to \"Add<\/a>add all the remaining \"Project<\/a>project<\/a> \"Task<\/a>tasks<\/a> allocated to a \"icon_user\"<\/a>user<\/a> to the selected \"Timesheets<\/a>timesheet<\/a>.\r\n\"add<\/a><\/p>\r\n

User:<\/th>\r\nThis read-only<\/em> field shows which user this timesheet is for.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Timesheet:<\/th>\r\nThis read-only<\/em> field shows the start date of this timesheet.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Tasks:<\/th>\r\nUse this multi-select box to select the tasks you would like to add to this user’s timesheet. By default, all available tasks will be selected. To de-select, click on the highlighted task while still holding the CTRL or SHIFT keys so as not to lose all other selected tasks. Tasks in this list will only be included if they have not been added to the timesheet already.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n<\/tbody>\r\n<\/table>\r\nOnce you are happy with your entries click the “Add all tasks<\/strong>” button at the bottom of the form. This will add a new timesheet task<\/a> for each of the project tasks that you selected.\r\n\r\nThe new tasks can be viewed in the timesheet tasks <\/strong>tab at the timesheet’s view page, as shown in Figure 4.\r\n\r\n\"timesheet<\/a>\r\n\r\n \r\n
