This popup<\/a> form can be accessed via the \"Options<\/a>options menu in the top header area of the \"Task<\/a>timesheet task view page , as shown in Figure 1. Alternatively you can access the \"Delete<\/a>delete popup form at the bottom of the Timesheet tasks<\/strong> tab at the\u00a0\"Timesheets<\/a>timesheet view page, as shown in Figure 2.\r\n

This popup is shown in Figure 3 and is\u00a0used to permanently delete an existing \"Task<\/a>timesheet task<\/a>.\r\n\"\"<\/a><\/p>\r\n

Figure 3 – Delete timesheet task form<\/strong><\/p>\r\nThis form contains the following read-only <\/em>fields:\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
User:<\/th>\r\nShows which user the timesheet is for.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Timesheet:<\/th>\r\nShows the start date of the selected timesheet.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Task:<\/th>\r\nShows the reference of the related task. This field is visible for all timesheet tasks that are not ad-hoc<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Reference:<\/th>\r\nShows the reference for an ad-hoc timesheet task.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n<\/tbody>\r\n<\/table>\r\nWarning<\/em>: This will permanently delete the selected timesheet task and any \"Timesheets<\/a>time logged against it and remove it from any associated tasks. It will also delete any \"Attachments<\/a>attachments or \"Comment<\/a>comments that the timesheet task contains.\r\n\r\nIf you are sure that you want to delete this timesheet task then click the “Delete timesheet task<\/strong>” button at the bottom of the form.\r\n\r\nClick the “Cancel<\/strong>” button if you do not want to delete the timesheet task.<\/div>\r\n
