This popup<\/a> form can be accessed via the \"Edit<\/a>edit button in the top header area of the \"Task<\/a>timesheet task view page , as shown in Figure 1. Alternatively you can access the \"Edit<\/a>edit popup form via the \"Actions<\/a>actions column menu of the Timesheet tasks<\/strong> tab at the\u00a0\"Timesheets<\/a>timesheet view page, as shown in Figure 2.\r\n

This popup is shown in Figure 3 and is\u00a0used to edit an existing \"Task<\/a>timesheet task<\/a>.\r\n\"\"<\/a><\/p>\r\n

Figure 3 – Edit timesheet task form<\/strong><\/p>\r\nThis form contains the following fields:\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
User:<\/th>\r\nThis read-only<\/em> field shows the user that has this timesheet assigned to them.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Timesheet:<\/th>\r\nThis read-only<\/em> field shows the start date of the selected timesheet.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Task:<\/th>\r\nThis field will only be present if you are NOT editing an ad-hoc task and will only displayed if there are any tasks to be selected.\r\nUse the tree navigation layout to select the new task. You can show or hide levels or sub-levels by clicking on the \"expand<\/a>expand or \"collapse<\/a>collapse icons. Select the name of your desired task but note that names with a\u00a0\"pink<\/a> cannot be selected.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Reference:<\/th>\r\nThis field will only be available if you are editing an ad-hoc task or if you have selected the “None” option in the Task<\/strong> field above.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Days of the week:<\/th>\r\nEnter or edit the number of hours worked on this task for each day of the week in these fields. The first day displayed will depend on the “first day of the week” selected for the organisation.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Progress:<\/th>\r\nEnter or edit the estimated progress as a percentage for the task.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Estimated effort to complete:<\/th>\r\nEnter or edit how much effort you estimate that it will take before this task is completed.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Charge model:<\/th>\r\nUse this drop-down list to select or change if you want to charge according hourly or daily rates or as a once-off payment.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Charge rounding:<\/th>\r\nUse this drop-down list to select or change if you would like to round a user’s time entry to the nearest 5 minutes, half an hour or hour.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Hourly rate:<\/th>\r\nEnter or edit the hourly rate for anyone who adds time to this task.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Archived:<\/th>\r\nSelect this check box if you would like to assign this timesheet task as archived.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n<\/tbody>\r\n<\/table>\r\nOnce you are happy with your entries click the “Update timesheet task<\/strong>” button at the bottom of the form. This will update the timesheet task with the details that you supplied.\r\n\r\nClick the “Cancel<\/strong>” button if you no longer want to update the timesheet task.<\/div>\r\n
