A \"Timesheets<\/a>timesheet<\/a> can be added for a \"icon_user\"<\/a>use<\/a>r<\/a> for each calendar week.\r\n\r\nThis popup<\/a> form can be accessed via the \"Add<\/a>add menu in the top header area of the user’s view page<\/a> or the “My Stuff” page<\/a> if you are wanting to add a new timesheet for your own account, as shown in Figure 1. Alternatively you can access the \"Add<\/a>add popup form at the bottom of the Timesheets<\/strong> tab at this same page, as shown in Figure 2.\r\n

Figure 3 – Add timesheet form<\/strong><\/p>\r\nThis form contains the following fields:\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
User:<\/th>\r\nThis read-only<\/em> field shows which user you are adding this timesheet for.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Week starting:<\/th>\r\nSelect the start date for this timesheet from the drop-down list that is provided. The list contains the first day of each week for the last 52 weeks including the current week. If a timesheet already exists for a particular week then that date will not appear in the list.The start day of the timesheet depends on the “first day of the week” set for the organisation.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Include tasks from previous timesheet:<\/th>\r\nSelect this check box if you would like to carry over the timesheet tasks<\/a> that were in this user’s previous timesheet to this new timesheet.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Opt-out of attendance recording:<\/th>\r\nSelect this check box if you do not want this timesheet to be included in any attendance recording.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Workflow:<\/th>\r\nSelect the applicable \"Workflow<\/a>workflow<\/a> for this timesheet. This field will only be editable if you have access to any timesheet workflows. If you do not have access to change this field then this read-only<\/em> field will show that the workflow is assigned to be the Standard timesheet approval<\/strong> workflow.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Add more timesheets:<\/th>\r\nSelect this check box if you’d like to keep this form open and add more timesheets to this user once the current timesheet has been created.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n<\/tbody>\r\n<\/table>\r\nOnce you are happy with your selection click the “Add timesheet<\/strong>” button at the bottom of the form. This will add a new timesheet with the date that you selected.\r\n\r\nThe new timesheet can be viewed in a number of locations, including the Timesheet<\/strong>s<\/strong> tabs at the user’s view pages, as shown in Figure 4. Alternatively you can view the new timesheet from the user’s dashboard<\/strong> in the Timesheets<\/strong> dashlet, as shown in Figure 5.\r\n\r\n\"\"<\/a>\r\n
