This popup<\/a> form can be accessed via the \"Add<\/a>add menu in the\u00a0top header area of the\u00a0selected\u00a0asset<\/a> view page (e.g. \"Contact<\/a>organisation<\/a>, \"Programme<\/a>programme<\/a>, \"Project<\/a>project<\/a>, \"Subproject<\/a>sub-project<\/a> or \"Change<\/a>change request<\/a> view pages, as shown in Figure 1. Alternatively you can access the \"Task<\/a>add popup form from the bottom of the WBS table in the Schedule<\/strong> tab at any of these view pages, as shown in Figure 2. You may also add a\u00a0\"working<\/a>task group<\/a> to an existing\u00a0task group by selecting the icon indicated in Figure 3 from the \"Actions<\/a>actions column menu of the Schedule<\/strong> tab, to create a hierarchy of task groups.\r\n

Parent asset:<\/th>\r\nThis read-only<\/em> field shows which organisation, programme, project, sub-project,\u00a0task group you are adding this\u00a0task group to.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Reference*<\/em><\/sup>:<\/th>\r\nUse this field to enter a unique reference<\/a> for your task group. If you enter a prefix and end it with one or more zeros, e.g. WBS_00, then you can click on the \"Reference<\/a>“Find next reference” button to search for the next available reference number with the same prefix and number of digits. NOTE: You will not be able to add this\u00a0task group until you have assigned a reference.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Renumber existing tasks & milestones:<\/th>\r\nSelect this check box if you want to insert this\u00a0task group and renumber any existing task groups, \"Task<\/a>tasks<\/a> or \"Milestones<\/a>milestones<\/a>.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Title:<\/th>\r\nYou can provide a short title for this\u00a0task group here.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n

Add more:<\/th>\r\nSelect this check box if you’d like to keep the form open and add more\u00a0task groups to this parent asset once the current\u00a0task group has been created.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n<\/tbody>\r\n<\/table>\r\n*<\/em><\/sup>The reference field is mandatory, but all others are optional. The reference must be unique across the whole project or sub-project.\r\n\r\nOnce you are happy with your entries click the “Add task group<\/strong>” button at the bottom of the form. This will add a new\u00a0task group with the details that you supplied.\r\n\r\nThe new task group can be viewed in the Task groups <\/strong>tab asset listing at the parent asset’s view page, as shown in Figure 5.\r\n\r\n\"\"<\/a>\r\n
