This popup<\/a> form can be accessed via the \"Options<\/a>options menu in the top header area of the expense item view page, as shown in Figure 1. Alternatively you can access the \"Delete<\/a>delete popup form via the \"Actions<\/a>actions column menu of the Expenses<\/strong> tab at any of the parent asset view pages (e.g. \"Contact<\/a>organisation<\/a>, \"Programme<\/a>programme<\/a> or \"Project<\/a>project<\/a>), as shown in Figure 2.\r\n

Parent asset:<\/th>\r\nShows which organisation, programme, project or sub-project this expense item belongs to.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Reference:<\/th>\r\nShows the reference for this expense item.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Description:<\/th>\r\nShows the description of this expense item.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n<\/tbody>\r\n<\/table>\r\nIf you are sure that you want to delete this expense item then click the “Delete expense item<\/strong>” button at the bottom of the form.\r\n\r\nWarning<\/em>: This will permanently delete the selected expense item and any \"Attachments<\/a>attachments or \"Comment<\/a>comments that it contains.\r\n\r\nClick the “Cancel<\/strong>” button if you do not want to delete the expense item.<\/div>\r\n
