In another subsection you will be presented with any applicable \"Workflow<\/a>workflow information, from which you may be able to \"Request<\/a>request or \"Pass<\/a>authorise any workflow transitions, depending on your access rights. The rest of the page is made up of a number of tabs or sections (depending on your selected view):\r\n

\"Actions<\/a>\u00a0Actions<\/h4>\r\nThis tab shows an asset listing<\/a> of all of the\u00a0actions<\/a> registered for this sub-project and all of it’s descendants, as shown in Figure 2.\u00a0 By default, this table will present you with a number of details about the actions such as it’s context, reference, description, priority and due date to name a few. \"benefit<\/a>\u00a0Benefit Map<\/h4>\r\nInstead of a table view, this tab provides a graphical view of your benefits.\u00a0 The benefits map is generated from the information you put in the benefits table. Figure 6 below shows an example benefits map:\r\n

Zoom in or out on certain map areas using the red arrow on the right-hand side of the map and pan around by clicking on the background and dragging.\r\n\r\n \r\n

\"Budget<\/a>\u00a0Budgets<\/h4>\r\nThis tab shows an asset listing<\/a> of all of the budget groups<\/a> or budget items<\/a> that have been added to this project, as shown in Figure 7.\u00a0 By default, this table shows the baseline and actual cost details for this budget or group, together with all of the budget items and sub-groups it contains.\r\nFrom the Actions column<\/strong> of this attachments table, you can act on individual budget groups by \"Edit<\/a>editing, \"Delete<\/a>deleting, \"Move<\/a>moving, \"Copy<\/a>copying, \"link<\/a>linking, \"gantt\"<\/a>baselining the chosen budget group or you may have options to add a \"add<\/a>sub-group or \"add<\/a>budget item to the group. Here, you can also export this list to \"Excel<\/a>Excel or \"CSV<\/a>CSV files.<\/p>\r\n \r\n

\"Change<\/a>\u00a0Change requests<\/h4>\r\nThis tabbed view provides the change requests table, as shown in Figure 8, listing any change requests that have been added to this project.\r\n\r\nBy default you will be presented with the link to view the change request itself, title, category, description, scheduling information, the user who initiated this request, the owner of the request, it’s current state and any actions or workflow transitions that are available.\r\n\r\nFrom this change request listing, you can utilise any of the functions in the Actions column<\/strong> to act on a specific request. These functions may include \"Edit<\/a>editing, \"Delete<\/a>deleting, \"Move<\/a>moving or adding \"Comment<\/a>comments or \"Attachments<\/a>attachments, or running a \"Report<\/a>report on the chosen change request.\r\n

\"Comment<\/a>\u00a0Comments<\/h4>\r\nThis tab shows an asset listing<\/a> of all of the comments<\/a> that \"icon_user\"<\/a>users<\/a> have made on this project, as shown in Figure 9.\u00a0 By default, this table will present you with a number of details about the comments such as, the date that this comment was last updated, who created the comment, the comment itself and any associated tags to name a few.\r\nFrom the Actions column<\/strong> of this comments table, you can act on individual comments by \"Edit<\/a>editing<\/a> or \"Delete<\/a>deleting<\/a>\u00a0 the selected comment.\r\n\r\n\"view<\/a>\r\n

\"Dashboard<\/a>\u00a0Dashboard<\/h4>\r\n

This tabbed view will display a collection of customisable dashlets, related to the sub-project you are currently viewing. In Figure 10 below, our “example project” has the Custom fields dashlet, Indicators dashlet and Open actions dashlet readily available, to show asset listings of the assets at this sub-project level.\"project<\/a><\/p>\r\n \r\n

You can rearrange the order of you dashboard dashlets by utilising the drag-n-drop function, selecting the title of the dashlet to be moved and dragging it to it’s new position.\r\nYou may show or hide any dashlets that you need at a given point in time by selecting the\u00a0\"Edit<\/a> Customise dashboard<\/strong> link at the very bottom of this tabbed view.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

\"decision<\/a>\u00a0Decisions<\/h4>\r\nThis tab shows an asset listing<\/a> of all of the decisions that have been added to this project, as shown in Figure 11.\u00a0 By default, this table will present you with a number of details about the decisions such as it’s context, title, description, user’s who agreed to it and it’s current state, to name a few. If you select the link in the decision <\/strong> column, you will navigate into that decision’s view page.\r\nFrom the Actions column<\/strong> of this custom fields table, you can act on individual custom fields by \"Edit<\/a>editing, \"Delete<\/a>deleting, \"escalate<\/a>escalating or \"Move<\/a>moving the decision.\r\n\r\n\"decision<\/a>\r\n

\"Defect<\/a>\u00a0Defects<\/h4>\r\nThis tab shows an asset listing<\/a> of all of the defects<\/a> that have been logged for this project, as shown in Figure 12.\u00a0 By default, this table will present you with a number of details about the defects such as the defect’s number, type, title, severity, priority, current state, date raised, resolve by date and which user this defect is allocated to, to name a few details.\r\nFrom the Actions column<\/strong> of this defects table, you can act on individual defects by \"Edit<\/a>editing, \"Delete<\/a>deleting or\u00a0 \"Move<\/a>moving the selected defect.\r\n\r\n\"defects<\/a>\r\n

At the very bottom of this tab you may also be presented with the option to decrease\/increase the number of defects listed by selecting the hide\/include defects for children of this folder<\/strong> or hide\/include archived defects <\/strong>links.<\/p>\r\n \r\n

\"Delete<\/a>\u00a0Deleted assets<\/h4>\r\nThis tab shows an asset listing<\/a> of all of the assets<\/a> that \"icon_user\"<\/a>users<\/a> have deleted or moved from this project, as shown in Figure 13.\u00a0 By default, this table will present you with a number of details about the assets such as, the time it was deleted or moved, it’s parent asset (if applicable), what type of asset it was, it’s name and which user acted on it.\r\n

\"Subproject<\/a>\u00a0Details<\/h4>\r\nThis section shows the details of the sub-project itself. This includes the description, start date, end date, budget intervals, estimated cost, estimated effort, number of open actions, owner and workflow, as seen in Figure 14.\r\n\r\n\"sub-project<\/a>\r\n

Some fields may allow for inline editing although these permissions may be linked to your access rights. If you feel that you should have access to some of these permissions, contact your System Administrator.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

\"icon_exception\"<\/a>\u00a0Exceptions<\/h4>\r\nThis tab shows an asset listing<\/a> of all of the exceptions that have been added to this project, as shown in Figure 15.\u00a0 By default, this table shows the exception’s title, description and consequences, as well as any recommendations and who created the exception. If you click on the link in the reference column, you will navigate into the selected exception’s view page.\r\n\r\nFrom the Actions column<\/strong> of this exceptions table, you can act on individual exceptions by \"Edit<\/a>editing<\/a>, \"Delete<\/a>deleting<\/a>\u00a0 or \"Move<\/a>moving the selected exception.\r\n\r\n\"exceptions<\/a>\r\n

\"Expenses<\/a>\u00a0Expenses<\/h4>\r\nThis tab\u00a0an asset listing<\/a> of all of the expenses logged for this project, as shown in Figure 16. By default, this table shows the budget item that this expense item is associated with, the reference, description, date, date of payment as well amount including and excluding tax information. The number of comments and attachments added to an expense item is also indicated in this view.\r\n\r\nThe Actions column<\/strong> of the expenses table provides accessible functions to act on a chosen expense item. These functions include \"Edit<\/a>editing, \"Delete<\/a>deleting, \"Move<\/a>moving or \"Copy<\/a>copying the chosen expense item or adding a \"Comment<\/a>comment or \"Attachments<\/a>attachment to that expense item.\r\n

A chart at the bottom of this tabbed view will also visually show you the accumulated expenses from the start of this project.<\/p>\r\n

This tabbed view shows the GANTT chart shown in Figure 17, generated by the information in your Schedule<\/strong> tab. By default, this table shows the name of the task group, task or milestone and it’s start and end dates.<\/p>\r\n

On the right-most side of the chart there is a breakdown of tasks in a visual format than will span across a monthly, weekly or daily scale (this is setting dependent). The users who are allocated to each asset will have their names written next to this asset’s timeline.<\/p>\r\n

At the very bottom of this tabbed view you are presented with a number of table information formatting options<\/strong> which will adjust the GANTT’s visible period, or scale, or whether it displays more than just task dates.In addition, the\u00a0view tasks & milestones<\/strong> link will navigate to the Schedule tabbed view so that you can expand or contract the work breakdown structure viewed in the GANTT.<\/p>\r\n \r\n

\"History<\/a>\u00a0History<\/h4>\r\nThis tab shows shows some basic history of the sub-project, as shown in Figure 18.\u00a0 By default, this tab will present you with a number of details about the project’s history such as the creation date, creation user, last update date and last update user. If the project has been changed then this section will also show a table of all the changes that has been made, including the date of each change, the field changed, the value before the change and the user who made the change.\"view<\/a>\r\n\r\n \r\n

\"issues<\/a>\u00a0Issues<\/h4>\r\nThis tabbed view shows the issues table as seen in Figure 19, listing any issues that have been logged for this sub-project.\u00a0By default, this table provides impact and priority information, plan progress and resolution dates for the issues listed, as well as any actions that can be taken. The workflow column also provides information as to the next workflow transitions available.\r\n\r\nThe Actions column<\/strong> of the issues table provides accessible functions to act on a chosen issue. These functions include \"Edit<\/a>editing, \"escalate<\/a>escalating, \"Delete<\/a>deleting, \"Move<\/a>moving or adding a \"Comment<\/a>comment or \"Attachments<\/a>attachment to that indicator.\"view<\/a>\r\n

This listing is unable to be customised, but provides the name of the report and a more detailed description of what information this report is built for and how the report is grouped.<\/p>\r\n

Once you click on a report’s name, the run report form will popup. These popup forms vary depending on the report being run.<\/p>\r\n \r\n

\"Requirements<\/a>\u00a0Requirements<\/h4>\r\nThis tab shows an asset listing<\/a> of all of the requirements<\/a> on this sub-project, as shown in Figure 21. By default this requirements table will list some details for the requirements such as the reference, category, description, priority, weighting and current state. If you click on the link in the reference<\/strong> column, you will navigate into the selected requirement’s view page.\r\n\r\nFrom the Actions column<\/strong> of this requirements table, you can act on individual requirements by \"Edit<\/a>editing, \"Delete<\/a>deleting\u00a0 or \"Move<\/a>moving the selected requirement or folder.\r\n\r\n\"requirements<\/a>\r\n

If you click on the link below the name<\/strong> column you will navigate into the selected sub-project’s view page.\r\nFrom the Actions column<\/strong> of this sub-projects table, you can act on individual sub-projects by \"Edit<\/a>editing, \"Delete<\/a>deleting, \"Copy<\/a>copying or \"Move<\/a>moving\u00a0 the selected sub-project, or \"add<\/a>adding another sub-project to the chosen sub-project.<\/p>\r\n\"sub-projects<\/a>\r\n

\"Milestones<\/a> Schedule<\/h4>\r\nThis tabbed view shows the tasks and milestones table as seen in Figure 27, listing any \"working<\/a>task groups, \"Task<\/a>tasks and \"Milestones<\/a>milestones that have been defined for this project. You will have a non-billable tasks group folder already in this listing, containing leave and public holidays.\r\n\r\nBy default, this table includes the reference, title and description of the task, task group or milestone, important scheduling information, who the asset is allocated to, along with the available actions that can be taken on the listed asset and any tasks or milestones that have to be completed first.\r\n\r\nThe Actions column<\/strong> of this table provides accessible functions to act on a chosen task group, task or milestone. These functions may include \"Edit<\/a>editing, \"Delete<\/a>deleting, \"Move<\/a>moving, adding a new \"Task<\/a>task sub-group, \"add<\/a>task or \"add<\/a>milestone, \"link<\/a>linking a task group, task or milestone and adding \"Comment<\/a>comments or \"Attachments<\/a>attachments. The specific actions that are available in this column will depend on the type of the chosen asset.\r\n

Note that at the bottom of this table you can add another \"Task<\/a>task group, \"add<\/a>task or \"addmilestone,\"Edit<\/a>edit the table columns to show or hide asset information, or export this information to \"Excel<\/a>Excel or \"CSV<\/a>CSV files.<\/p>\r\n

At the very bottom of this tabbed view you are presented with a number of table information formatting options<\/strong> which will increase\/decrease the information you’re presented with, as well as other options to import task group\/WBS information<\/strong>, view the information\u00a0 in a GANTT format<\/strong> or run a recalculation<\/strong>.\r\nFrom this other options<\/strong> subsection at the bottom of this tabbed view, you may also have access to \"Pass<\/a>mass approve, \"Pass<\/a>mass complete or mass archive tasks.<\/p>\r\n \r\n

\"Test<\/a>\u00a0Test cases<\/h4>\r\nThis tab shows an asset listing<\/a> of all of the test cases<\/a> that have been listed for this project, as shown in Figure 28. If you click on the link in the reference column, you will navigate into the selected test case’s view page. By default this test cases table will show some details of the listed test cases such as the reference, title, pre-conditions, description, requirement being tested, current state and the last result.\r\n\r\nFrom the Actions column<\/strong> of this test cases table, you can act on individual test cases by \"Edit<\/a>editing, \"Delete<\/a>deleting, \"Move<\/a>moving, copying or \"add<\/a>adding a sub-test case to the selected test case.\"test<\/a>\r\n

Note that you can customise your table view<\/a> by clicking the \"Edit<\/a>edit button from here too, as well as being able to export this list to \"Excel<\/a>Excel or \"CSV<\/a>CSV files.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

\"Test<\/a>\u00a0Test runs<\/h4>\r\nThis tab shows an asset listing<\/a> of all of the test runs<\/a> that have been listed for this project, as shown in Figure 29. If you click on the link in the short name column, you will navigate into the selected test run’s view page. By default this test runs table will show some details of the listed test runs such as the short name, description, progress, passrate, context and status to name a few.\r\n\r\nFrom the Actions column<\/strong> of this test runs table, you can act on individual test runs by \"Edit<\/a>editing, \"Delete<\/a>deleting or \"Move<\/a>moving the selected test run.\r\n\r\n\"test<\/a>\r\n
