This popup<\/a> form can be accessed via the \"Actions<\/a>actions column menu of the Budgets<\/strong> tab at the \"Contact<\/a>organisation, \"Programme<\/a>programme, \"Project<\/a>project or \"Subproject<\/a>sub-project view pages, as shown in Figure 1.\r\n

Figure 1 – Access via budgets tab\r\n<\/strong><\/p>\r\nThis popup is shown in Figure 2 and is used to link one budget<\/a> to another. The linked budget will then be visible in the budget tree and can participate in aggregation calculations.\r\n

The collection of read-only <\/em>fields at the top of this popup form provide a breakdown of the hierarchy of parent assets<\/strong> above this task.<\/p>\r\nUse the tree navigation<\/strong> layout to select the asset you would like to link this task to. You can show or hide levels or sub-levels by clicking on the \"expand<\/a>expand or \"collapse<\/a>collapse icons.\r\n\r\nSelect the name of your desired asset and if you’re happy with your selection click the “Link budgets\/sub-groups<\/strong>” button at the bottom of the form.\r\n\r\nNOTE: names with a\u00a0\"pink<\/a> cannot be selected.\r\n\r\nClick the Cancel<\/strong> button if you do not want to link the budget or sub-group.<\/div>\r\n
