This popup<\/a> form can be accessed via the \"Options<\/a>options menu in the top header area of the budget view page, as shown in Figure 1. Alternatively you can access the \"Delete<\/a>delete popup form at the bottom of the Budgets<\/strong> tab at the \"Programme<\/a>programme<\/a>, \"Project<\/a>project<\/a>, \"Subproject<\/a>sub-project<\/a>, or \"Change<\/a>change request<\/a> view pages, as shown in Figure 2.\r\n

Parent asset:<\/th>\r\nShows which asset this budget or sub-group resides under.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Reference:<\/th>\r\nShows the reference for this budget or sub-group.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Description:<\/th>\r\nShows the description of this budget or sub-group.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n<\/tbody>\r\n<\/table>\r\nIf you are sure that you want to delete this budget or sub-group then click the “Delete budget<\/strong>” button at the bottom of the form.\r\n\r\nWarning<\/em>: This will permanently delete the selected budget or sub-group, all of its sub-groups and budget items and any attachments or comments that it contains.\r\n\r\nClick the “Cancel<\/strong>” button if you do not want to delete the budget or sub-group.<\/div>\r\n
