“Asset” is a generic name used for everything created and stored in Psoda, including \"Contact<\/a>organisations<\/a>, \"Project<\/a>projects<\/a>, \"icon_user\"users<\/a>, \"Group<\/a>groups<\/a> etc.\r\n\r\nAll assets share some common attributes:\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Add date<\/strong><\/td>\r\nThis is the date and time that the asset was added.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Add user<\/strong><\/td>\r\nThis is the user who added the asset.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Last update date<\/strong><\/td>\r\nThis is the last date and time that the asset was updated.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Last update user<\/strong><\/td>\r\nThis is the last user who updated the asset.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n<\/tbody>\r\n<\/table>\r\nWhen a user opens the \"Edit<\/a>edit or \"Delete<\/a>delete form for a specific asset then that asset is automatically locked by the system to prevent another user from accidentally editing or deleting the same asset. If an asset it \"lock<\/a>locked by another user then it is shown in the view page of that asset as well as in the asset listing<\/a>.\r\n\r\nThe lock is automatically released when the user closes the edit or delete form. If a user should accidentally close their browser before closing the edit or delete forms then the lock will time out and release automatically after 15 minutes.<\/div>\r\n
