This popup<\/a> form can be accessed via the \"Edit<\/a>edit button in the top header area of the budget view page, as shown in Figure 1. Alternatively you can access the \"Edit<\/a>edit popup form at the bottom of the Budgets<\/strong> tab at the \"Programme<\/a>programme, \"Project<\/a>project, \"Subproject<\/a>sub-project, or \"Change<\/a>change request view pages, as shown in Figure 2.\r\n

Parent asset:<\/th>\r\nThis read-only<\/em> field shows which programme, project, sub-project, change request, budget or sub-group the budget or sub-group is under.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Reference*<\/em><\/sup>:<\/th>\r\nUse this field to edit the unique reference for your budget or sub-group. The reference must stay unique across the whole parent asset.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Description:<\/th>\r\nYou may enter or edit the description of this budget or sub-group here.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n<\/tbody>\r\n<\/table>\r\n*<\/em><\/sup>The reference field is mandatory, but all others are optional.\r\n\r\nOnce you are happy with your entries click the “Update budget<\/strong>” button at the bottom of the form. This will update the budget or sub-group with the details that you supplied.\r\n\r\nClick the “Cancel<\/strong>” button if you no longer want to update the budget or sub-group.<\/div>\r\n
