This page is shown in Figure 1 and shows all the information relating to the particular \"Milestones<\/a>milestone<\/a>.\r\n\r\n\"milestone<\/a>\r\n

Figure 1 – Milestone view page<\/strong><\/p>\r\nThe top header area\u00a0at\u00a0the top of the top header area<\/a> allows you to\u00a0\"Edit<\/a> edit<\/a>, \"Delete<\/a> delete<\/a> or \"Move<\/a>move<\/a> this milestone, or add a new \"Actions<\/a>action<\/a>, \"Better<\/a>assumption<\/a> \"Attachments<\/a> attachment<\/a> or\u00a0\"Comment<\/a> comment<\/a> to this milestone.\r\n\r\nSome details of the milestone are displayed just below the top header area in subsections, such as the milestone’s location within Psoda, it’s title, description and progress, as well as any \"Workflow<\/a>workflow<\/a> information where you may be permitted to \"Request<\/a>request<\/a> or \"Pass<\/a> authorise<\/a> a state transition. The rest of the page is made up of a number of tabs or sections (depending on your selected view):\r\n

\"Actions<\/a>\u00a0Actions<\/h4>\r\nThis tab shows an asset listing<\/a> of all of the\u00a0actions<\/a> registered for this milestone, as shown in Figure 2.\u00a0 By default, this table will present you with a number of details about the actions such as it’s reference, description, priority and due date to name a few. If you click on the reference<\/strong> link of the listed action, you will navigate to that action’s view page<\/a>.\r\nFrom the Actions column<\/strong> of this actions table, you can act on individual actions by \"Edit<\/a>editing<\/a>, \"Delete<\/a>deleting<\/a>, \"escalate<\/a>escalating or \"Move<\/a>moving the chosen action.\"action<\/a>\r\n

\"Better<\/a>\u00a0Assumptions<\/h4>\r\nThis tab shows an asset listing<\/a> of all of the assumptions<\/a> that have been added to this milestone, as shown in Figure 3.\u00a0 By default, this table will present you with a number of details about the assumptions such as it’s reference, title, description, the user who created this assumption and it’s current state. If you click on the reference<\/strong> link of the listed assumption, you will navigate to that assumption’s view page<\/a>.\r\nFrom the Actions column<\/strong> of this assumptions table, you can act on individual assumption by \"Edit<\/a>editing<\/a>, \"Delete<\/a>deleting<\/a> or \"Move<\/a>moving the chosen assumption.\"assumptions<\/a>\r\n

\"Attachments<\/a>\u00a0Attachments<\/h4>\r\nThis tab shows an asset listing<\/a> of all of the attachments<\/a> that have been added to this milestone, as shown in Figure 4.\u00a0 By default, this table will present you with a number of details about the attachments such as the file’s name, attachment type, view the version and access a download link.\r\nFrom the Actions column<\/strong> of this attachments table, you can act on individual attachments by \"Edit<\/a>editing<\/a>, \"Delete<\/a>deleting<\/a>, \"Move<\/a>moving<\/a> or \"lock<\/a>locking<\/a>\/\"unlock<\/a>unlocking<\/a> the selected attachment.\r\n\r\n\"view<\/a>\r\n

Here, you can also export this attachment list to \"Excel<\/a>Excel or \"CSV<\/a>CSV files.\r\n\r\nAt the very bottom of this tabbed view, you have the option to add more attachments by utilising the drag and drop functionality to drag the files you wish to upload into the drop box (note that this function works in HTML5 compliant browsers only).\r\n

\"Comment<\/a>\u00a0Comments<\/h4>\r\nThis tab shows an asset listing<\/a> of all of the comments<\/a> that \"icon_user\"<\/a>users<\/a> have made on this milestone, as shown in Figure 5.\u00a0 By default, this table will present you with a number of details about the comments such as, the date that this comment was last updated, who created the comment, the comment itself and any associated tags to name a few.\r\nFrom the Actions column<\/strong> of this comments table, you can act on individual comments by \"Edit<\/a>editing<\/a> or \"Delete<\/a>deleting<\/a>\u00a0 the selected comment.\r\n\r\n\"view<\/a>\r\n

Figure 6 – Milestone details tab<\/strong><\/p>\r\nThis tab shows some additional details on the milestone, for example the whether it is included in the critical pathway, any predecessors or successors and more detailed schedule information.\r\n

\"History<\/a>\u00a0History<\/h4>\r\nThis tab shows shows some basic history of the milestone, as shown in Figure 7.\u00a0 By default, this tab will present you with a number of details about the milestone’s history such as the creation date, creation user, last update date and last update user. If the milestone has been changed then this section will also show a table of all the changes that has been made, including the date of each change, the field changed, the value before the change and the user who made the change.\"view<\/a>\r\n\r\n \r\n
