This popup<\/a> form can be accessed via the \"Options<\/a>options menu in the top header area of the milestone view page, as shown in Figure 1. Alternatively you can access the \"Delete<\/a>delete popup form via the \"Actions<\/a>actions column menu of the Schedule<\/strong> tab at the \"Programme<\/a>programme<\/a>, \"Project<\/a>project<\/a> or \"Subproject<\/a>sub-project<\/a> view pages, as shown in Figure 2.\r\n

Reference:<\/th>\r\nShows the reference for this milestone.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Title<\/th>\r\nShows the title for this milestone.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Description:<\/th>\r\nShows the description of this milestone.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Original date:<\/th>\r\nShows the original or baseline date for this milestone.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Forecast date:<\/th>\r\nShows the date forecasted for the completion of this milestone.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Actual date:<\/th>\r\nShows the date that this milestone was actually achieved (i.e. completed).<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Deliverable:<\/th>\r\nThis editable check box shows if this milestone was a deliverable.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Renumber existing tasks and milestones?:<\/th>\r\nSet this checkbox if you want the tasks and milestones following this milestone to be moved up by one space in the WBS numbering.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n<\/tbody>\r\n<\/table>\r\nIf you are sure that you want to delete this milestone then click the “Delete milestone<\/strong>” button at the bottom of the form.\r\n\r\nWarning<\/em>: This will permanently delete the milestone and any attachments or comments that it contains.\r\n\r\nClick the “Cancel<\/strong>” button if you do not want to delete the milestone.<\/div>\r\n
