You will only be able to add new users if you have sufficient access rights.<\/em>\r\n\r\nYou can add a new user from the View organisation page<\/a>:\r\n

  1. Click on your organisation’s name in the navigator to bring up the View organisation page<\/strong>.<\/li>\r\n \t
  2. At the top of the page there will be an add button<\/strong>. Click on this to reveal a menu with\u00a0multiple items to add. Click \"icon_user\"<\/a> Add user<\/strong> to open a dialogue box you can use to add your new user. For help with this dialogue box refer to the Add user form<\/a> help page.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n\r\n\r\n

    \r\nOnce you have added your user, you have to add it to the security group:\r\n

    1. Click on the\u00a0\"Group<\/a> Groups<\/strong> tab. This will display a list<\/a> of all the security groups for your organisation.<\/li>\r\n \t
    2. Find the group you want to add the new user to. You may have to use the\u00a0\"Previous<\/a> icon or the\u00a0\"Next<\/a> icon to move around the list to find your entry.<\/li>\r\n \t
    3. Click the \"Actions<\/a>Actions column menu<\/strong> of the table you will see the\u00a0\"Edit<\/a> icon. Click on this icon to open the dialogue box you use to edit the group’s details<\/a>.<\/li>\r\n \t
    4. Check the new user from the Non members (left box)<\/strong> list. This will move your new user into the Members (right box)<\/strong> list.<\/li>\r\n \t
    5. Finally click on the Update group<\/strong> button.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n
