This popup<\/a> form can be accessed via the \"Options<\/a>options menu in the top header area of the \"icon_lifecyclestate\"<\/a>workflow state view page, as shown in Figure 1.\r\n

An example of what this popup might look like is shown in Figure 2 and it allows you to edit the \"Key<\/a>ACL details of an existing \"icon_lifecyclestate\"<\/a>workflow state<\/a>.<\/p>\r\n

Figure 2 – Edit workflow state ACL form<\/strong><\/p>\r\nThis form consists of a number of sections, one each for the classes selected for the workflow as well as any classes those may contain.\r\n\r\nEach tab or section lists all of the actions that may be performed on a particular type of asset. If you clear (deselected) a particular check box then that action will not be allowed for any assets of that particular type while in this state.\r\n\r\nOnce you are happy with your changes click the “Update workflow state<\/strong>” button at the bottom of the form. This will save your changes.\r\n\r\nClick the “Cancel<\/strong>” button if you want to discard your changes.<\/div>\r\n
