This page is shown in Figure 1 and shows all the information relating to the selected\u00a0 \"icon_lifecyclestate\"<\/a>workflow state<\/a>.\r\n\r\n\"workflow<\/a>\r\n

Figure 1 – Workflow state view page<\/strong><\/p>\r\nDepending on your access rights the \u00a0top header area<\/a> allows you to\u00a0\"Edit<\/a> edit<\/a>, \"Key<\/a>edit the ACL for the state or \"Delete<\/a> delete<\/a> this workflow state; or you may have access to add a new \"Actions<\/a>workflow action to this workflow state. If you have sufficient access rights you will also have a button to download an\u00a0\"XML<\/a> XML Export of this workflow state.\r\n\r\nSome details of the workflow state are displayed in subsections just below the top header area, such as the workflow state’s location within Psoda and it’s description, whether it has been archived, and a list of any users this state may have been allocated to. The rest of the page is made up of a number of tabs or sections (depending on your selected view.):\r\n

This tab shows each of the ACLs for this workflow state, showing which functions have been selected and applied as shown in Figure 2.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

\"History<\/a>\u00a0History<\/h4>\r\nThis tab shows shows some basic history of the workflow state, as shown in Figure 3.\u00a0 By default, this tab will present you with a number of details about the workflow state’s history such as the creation date, creation user, last update date and last update user. If the workflow state has been changed then this section will also show a table of all the changes that has been made, including the date of each change, the field changed, the value before the change and the user who made the change.\"view<\/a>\r\n\r\n \r\n

Note that you can customise your change table view<\/a> by clicking the \"Edit<\/a>edit button at the bottom of the change table. Here, you can also export this list of changes to \"Excel<\/a>Excel or \"CSV<\/a>CSV files.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

\"Actions<\/a>\u00a0Workflow actions<\/h4>\r\nThis tab shows an asset listing<\/a> of all of the workflow actions defined for this workflow state, as shown in Figure 4. By default, this table will present you with a number of details about the workflow actions such as it’s order, description, action type and details. If you click the link in the order<\/strong> column, you will navigate into the selected workflow action’s view page<\/a>.\r\n\r\nFrom the Actions column<\/strong> of this workflow actions table, you can act on individual workflow actions by \"Edit<\/a>editing<\/a>, \"Delete<\/a>deleting<\/a> or reordering the selected workflow action.\r\n\r\n\"workflow<\/a>\r\n
