This popup<\/a> form can be accessed via the \"Options<\/a>options menu in the top header area of the \"icon_lifecyclestate\"<\/a>workflow state view page, as shown in Figure 1. Alternatively, you can access the \"Deletedelete popup form via the \"Actions<\/a>actions column menu of the States<\/strong> tab at the \"Workflow<\/a>workflow view page, as shown in Figure 2.\r\n

This popup is shown in Figure 3 and is used to delete an existing \"icon_lifecyclestate\"<\/a>workflow state<\/a>.<\/p>\r\n

Workflow:<\/th>\r\nShows which workflow this workflow state belongs to.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Name:<\/th>\r\nShows the name of this workflow state.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Description:<\/th>\r\nShows the description for this workflow state.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n<\/tbody>\r\n<\/table>\r\nWarning:<\/em> You will not be able to delete a workflow state if there are still \"folder\"<\/a>assets in this state and if you delete this workflow state, any \"Request<\/a>transitions to or from this state will also be deleted.\r\n\r\nIf you are sure you want to delete this workflow state then click the “Delete workflow state<\/strong>” button otherwise click the “Cancel<\/strong>” button to cancel the deletion.<\/div>\r\n
