This popup<\/a> form can be accessed via the \"Edit<\/a>edit button in the top header area of the \"icon_lifecyclestate\"<\/a>workflow state view page, as shown in Figure 1. Alternatively, you can access the \"Edit<\/a>edit popup form via the \"Actions<\/a>actions column menu of the States<\/strong> tab at the \"Workflow<\/a>workflow view page, as shown in Figure 2.\r\n

This popup is shown in Figure 3 and is used to edit the details of an existing \"icon_lifecyclestate\"<\/a>workflow state<\/a>.<\/p>\r\n

Figure 3 – Edit workflow state form\r\n<\/strong><\/p>\r\nIn Figure 3 above, the form has been broken down into three sections:\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
Section 1<\/th>\r\nThis section contains a selection of important top fields:\r\nWorkflow:<\/strong> This read-only<\/em> field shows which workflow this workflow state belongs to.\r\nName*: <\/strong>This shows the unique name for this workflow state. If you wish to edit the name of this state, you must ensure that it remains unique across the workflow.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Section 2<\/th>\r\nThese are the tabs that you can cycle through to edit each section of the workflow state. When you navigate to a new tabbed view in this popup, any information entered in Section 3 from the previous tabbed view will be saved. This means you do not need to click on any buttons to save each tab, but can instead click on the Update<\/strong> button at the bottom of the popup when you wish to add your new workflow state with the set details.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Section 3<\/th>\r\nThis information will change as you cycle through the tabs shown in Section 2, and the available fields will change accordingly. A breakdown of the field information for each tab is provided below.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n<\/tbody>\r\n<\/table>\r\n \r\n

Tab breakdown<\/h4>\r\nThe following information provides a breakdown of each of the tabbed views that may be available for you to adjust the workflow state’s details under each section.\r\n

Figure 5 – Add workflow state allocated to tab<\/strong><\/h4>\r\nYou may select multiple users<\/strong> to have this workflow state allocated to them by holding the CTRL or SHIFT keys and clicking on the name of the additional user(s). To de-select, click on the highlighted name while still holding the CTRL or SHIFT keys so as not to lose all other selected users.\r\n\r\nOnce you are happy with your changes click the “Update workflow state<\/strong>” button at the bottom of the form. This will save your changes.\r\n\r\nClick the “Cancel<\/strong>” button if you want to discard your changes.<\/div>\r\n
