This page is shown in Figure 1 and shows all the information relating to the selected \"Workflow<\/a>workflow<\/a>.\r\n\r\n\"workflow<\/a>\r\n

Figure 1 – Workflow view page<\/strong><\/p>\r\nDepending on your access rights the \u00a0top header area<\/a> allows you to\u00a0\"Edit<\/a> edit<\/a>, \"Delete<\/a> delete<\/a>, \"Copy<\/a>copy or \"Move<\/a>move the workflow; or to add a new\u00a0\"icon_lifecyclestate\"<\/a> state<\/a>, \"Request<\/a> transitions<\/a>, \"Attachments<\/a>attachment<\/a> or \"Comment<\/a>comment<\/a>. If you have sufficient access rights you will also have a function available to download an\u00a0\"XML<\/a> XML Export of this workflow.\r\n\r\nSome details of the workflow are displayed in subsections just below the top header area, such as the workflow action’s location within Psoda, and the classes that this workflow can be applied to, it’s default state and current status. The rest of the page is made up of a number of tabs or sections (depending on your selected view.):\r\n

\"folder\"<\/a>\u00a0Assets<\/h4>\r\nThis tab shows an asset listing<\/a> of all of the assets that this workflow has been applied to, as shown in Figure 2.\u00a0 By default, this table will present you with a number of details about the assets such as the type, name, current state, parent and if it requires authorisation, if any transition has been requested and if so which user requested this transition. If you click on the link beneath the name <\/strong>column, you will navigate into that asset’s view page.\r\n\"workflow<\/a>\r\n

\"Attachments<\/a>\u00a0Attachments<\/h4>\r\nThis tab shows an asset listing<\/a> of all of the attachments<\/a> that have been added to this workflow, as shown in Figure 3.\u00a0 By default, this table will present you with a number of details about the attachments such as the file’s name, attachment type, view the version and access a download link.\r\nFrom the Actions column<\/strong> of this attachments table, you can act on individual attachments by \"Edit<\/a>editing<\/a>, \"Delete<\/a>deleting<\/a>, \"Move<\/a>moving<\/a> or \"lock<\/a>locking<\/a>\/\"unlock<\/a>unlocking<\/a> the selected attachment.\r\n\r\n\"view<\/a>\r\n

Here, you can also export this list to \"Excel<\/a>Excel or \"CSV<\/a>CSV files.\r\n\r\nAt the very bottom of this tabbed view, you have the option to add more attachments by utilising the drag and drop functionality to drag the files you wish to upload into the drop box (note that this function works in HTML5 compliant browsers only).\r\n\r\n \r\n

\"Comment<\/a>\u00a0Comments<\/h4>\r\nThis tab shows an asset listing<\/a> of all of the comments<\/a> that \"icon_user\"<\/a>users<\/a> have made on this workflow, as shown in Figure 4.\u00a0 By default, this table will present you with a number of details about the comments such as, the date that this comment was last updated, who created the comment, the comment itself and any associated tags to name a few.\r\nFrom the Actions column<\/strong> of this comments table, you can act on individual comments by \"Edit<\/a>editing<\/a> or \"Delete<\/a>deleting<\/a>\u00a0 the selected comment.\r\n\r\n\"view<\/a>\r\n

\"Workflow<\/a>\u00a0Details<\/h4>\r\nThis tab shows the description for the selected workflow, as seen in Figure 5.\r\n\r\n\"workflow<\/a>\r\n

This field may allow for inline editing although these permissions may be linked to your access rights. If you feel that you should have access to some of these permissions, contact your System Administrator.<\/p>\r\n \r\n

\"History<\/a>\u00a0History<\/h4>\r\nThis tab shows shows some basic history of the workflow, as shown in Figure 6.\u00a0 By default, this tab will present you with a number of details about the workflow’s history such as the creation date, creation user, last update date and last update user. If the workflow has been changed then this section will also show a table of all the changes that has been made, including the date of each change, the field changed, the value before the change and the user who made the change.\"view<\/a>\r\n\r\n \r\n

Note that you can customise your change table view<\/a> by clicking the \"Edit<\/a>edit button at the bottom of the change table. Here, you can also export this list of changes to \"Excel<\/a>Excel or \"CSV<\/a>CSV files.<\/p>\r\n \r\n

\"icon_lifecyclestate\"<\/a>\u00a0States<\/h4>\r\nThis tab shows an asset listing<\/a> of all of the workflow states that assets with this workflow can be in, as shown in Figure 8.\u00a0 By default, this table will present you with a number of details about the states such as the position, name, description, whether it has been archived and any users this workflow state has been allocated to. If you click on the link beneath the name<\/strong> column, you will navigate into the selected workflow state’s view page.\r\nFrom the Actions column<\/strong> of this states table, you can act on individual states by \"Edit<\/a>editing or \"Delete<\/a>deleting the selected state.\r\n\r\n\"workflow<\/a>\r\n

\"Request<\/a>\u00a0Transitions<\/h4>\r\nThis tab shows an asset listing<\/a> of all of the workflow transitions that are allowed for this workflow, as shown in Figure 9.\u00a0 By default, this table will present you with a number of details about the transitions such as the icon, name, description, from and to states and whether authorisation, votes and reasons are required. If you click on the link beneath the name<\/strong> column, you will navigate into the selected workflow transition’s view page.\r\nFrom the Actions column<\/strong> of this transitions table, you can act on individual transitions by \"Edit<\/a>editing or \"Delete<\/a>deleting the selected transition.\r\n\r\n\"workflow<\/a>\r\n

\"benefit<\/a>\u00a0Visualise<\/h4>\r\nThis tab provides an SVG visualisation of this workflow, so that you can see how the workflow can move from one state to another, as shown in Figure 10. This information is taken from the information in the states<\/strong> and transitions<\/strong> tabs.\r\n\r\n\"workflow<\/a>\r\n
