This popup<\/a> form can be accessed via the \"Options<\/a>options menu in the top header area of the\u00a0 \"Workflow<\/a>workflow view page, as shown in Figure 1. Alternatively, you can access the \"Delete<\/a>delete popup form via the \"Actions<\/a>actions column menu of the Workflows<\/strong> tab at the \"Contact<\/a>organisation view page, as shown in Figure 2.\r\n

This popup is shown in Figure 3 and is used to delete an existing \"Workflow<\/a>workflow<\/a>.<\/p>\r\n

Context:<\/th>\r\nShows which organisation this workflow belongs to.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Title:<\/th>\r\nShows the title of this workflow.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Description:<\/th>\r\nShows the description of this workflow.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Status:<\/th>\r\nShows the current status of this workflow.<\/em><\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n<\/tbody>\r\n<\/table>\r\nWarning:<\/em> When you delete a workflow then all its \"icon_lifecyclestate\"<\/a>states and \"Request<\/a>transitions are deleted as well. You will only be allowed to delete a workflow if no other assets currently use that workflow. You may suspend a workflow to prevent any new assets from using it.\r\n\r\nIf you are sure you want to delete this workflow then click the “Delete workflow<\/strong>” button otherwise click the “Cancel<\/strong>” if you no longer want to delete this workflow.<\/div>\r\n
