This popup<\/a> form can be accessed via the \"Add<\/a>add menu in the top header area of the \"Contact<\/a>organisation view page<\/a>, as shown in Figure 1. Alternatively, you can access the \"Add<\/a>add popup form at the bottom of the Workflows<\/strong> tab at this same view page, as shown in Figure 2.\r\n

This popup is shown in Figure 3 and is used to add a new \"Workflow<\/a>workflow<\/a> within Psoda. You will not normally have access to this form unless you are an administrator.<\/p>\r\n

Figure 3 – Add workflow form<\/strong><\/p>\r\nThis form has the following fields:\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
Context:<\/th>\r\nThis read-only<\/em> field shows which organisation you are adding this new workflow to.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Title*<\/em><\/sup>:<\/th>\r\nEnter a title or name for your new workflow here, for example “Requirements workflow”. Your title does not have to be unique, but it will help with identification later.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Description:<\/th>\r\nEnter a short description for this new workflow here. This description will be displayed as part of an assets status details.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Status:<\/th>\r\nUse this drop-down list to select initial \"icon_lifecyclestate\"<\/a>state<\/a> of the new workflow here. By default this will be set to “New”. See Workflows<\/a> for a description of the different options for the status field.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Member selection area:<\/th>\r\nUse the rest of the form to select which asset<\/a> areas this workflow will apply to. You can select multiple assets\/users in the non-members field (left box)<\/strong> by clicking the checkbox or using the SHIFT keys to check multiple assets\/users. These checked assets\/users will be moved to the members field (right box)<\/strong> beside it. If you want to remove an asset\/user, you can uncheck it in the non-members field (left box) or you can press the X button on the asset\/user in the members field (right box). You can also drag and drop to rearrange the order in the members field (right box).<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n<\/tbody>\r\n<\/table>\r\n*<\/em><\/sup>The title field is mandatory, but all others are optional.\r\n\r\nOnce you are happy with your changes click the “Add workflow<\/strong>” button at the bottom of the form. This will add a new workflow with the details that you supplied.\r\n\r\nThe new workflow can be viewed in the Workflows <\/strong>tab asset listing at the parent organisation’s view page, as shown in Figure 4.\r\n\r\n\"\"<\/a>\r\n
