This page is shown in Figure 1 and shows all the information relating to the selected \"Report<\/a>report template.\r\n\r\n\"report<\/a>\r\n

Figure 1 – Report template view page<\/strong><\/p>\r\nThe \u00a0top header area<\/a> allows you to\u00a0\"Edit<\/a> edit<\/a>, \"Move<\/a>move \"Delete<\/a> delete<\/a> or \"Copy<\/a>copy this report template; or to add a new \"report<\/a>report parameter, \"Attachments<\/a>attachment or \"Comment<\/a>comment to this report template.\r\n\r\nSome details of the report template are displayed in subsections just below the top header area, such as the template’s location within Psoda, and it’s description, the assets (classes) that this report can be applied to and the template’s status. \u00a0The rest of the page is made up of a number of tabs or sections (depending on your selected view):\r\n

\"Key<\/a>\u00a0Access Control Lists (ACLs)<\/h4>\r\nThis tab shows an asset listing<\/a> of all of the access control lists<\/a> this report template appears in, as shown in Figure 2. By default, this table will present you with a number of details about the ACLs such as the group of users that have access to this ACL and the a link to the list itself. If you click the link in the group<\/strong> column, you will navigate into the selected group’s view page. Equally, if you click the link in the ACL column, you will navigate into the selected ACL’s view page\r\n\r\nFrom the Actions column<\/strong> of this ACLs table, you can act on individual ACLs by \"Edit<\/a>editing<\/a> or \"Delete<\/a>deleting<\/a> the selected ACL.\"view<\/a>\r\n\r\n \r\n

\"Attachments<\/a>\u00a0Attachments<\/h4>\r\nThis tab shows an asset listing<\/a> of all of the attachments<\/a> that have been added to this report template, as shown in Figure 3.\u00a0 By default, this table will present you with a number of details about the attachments such as the file’s name, attachment type, view the version and access a download link.\r\nFrom the Actions column<\/strong> of this attachments table, you can act on individual attachments by \"Edit<\/a>editing<\/a>, \"Delete<\/a>deleting<\/a>, \"Move<\/a>moving<\/a> or \"lock<\/a>locking<\/a>\/\"unlock<\/a>unlocking<\/a> the selected attachment.\r\n\r\n\"view<\/a>\r\n

Here, you can also export this list to \"Excel<\/a>Excel or \"CSV<\/a>CSV files.\r\n\r\nAt the very bottom of this tabbed view, you have the option to add more attachments by utilising the drag and drop functionality to drag the files you wish to upload into the drop box (note that this function works in HTML5 compliant browsers only).\r\n

\"Comment<\/a>\u00a0Comments<\/h4>\r\nThis tab shows an asset listing<\/a> of all of the comments<\/a> that \"icon_user\"<\/a>users<\/a> have made on this report template, as shown in Figure 4.\u00a0 By default, this table will present you with a number of details about the comments such as, the date that this comment was last updated, who created the comment, the comment itself and any associated tags to name a few.\r\nFrom the Actions column<\/strong> of this comments table, you can act on individual comments by \"Edit<\/a>editing<\/a> or \"Delete<\/a>deleting<\/a>\u00a0 the selected comment.\r\n\r\n\"view<\/a>\r\n

Figure 5 – Report template details tab<\/strong><\/p>\r\nThis tab shows some additional details on the report template, for example the template itself, containing the XML code, and information about whether this template is available as a dashlet or if the resulting report will be able to be exported to certain formats, as shown in Figure 5.\r\n

\"History<\/a>\u00a0History<\/h4>\r\nThis tab shows shows some basic history of the report template, as shown in Figure 6.\u00a0 By default, this tab will present you with a number of details about the report template’s history such as the creation date, creation user, last update date and last update user. If the report template has been changed then this section will also show a table of all the changes that has been made, including the date of each change, the field changed, the value before the change and the user who made the change.\"view<\/a>\r\n\r\n \r\n

Note that you can customise your change table view<\/a> by clicking the \"Edit<\/a>edit button at the bottom of the change table. Here, you can also export this list of changes to \"Excel<\/a>Excel or \"CSV<\/a>CSV files.<\/p>\r\n \r\n

\"report<\/a>\u00a0Report parameter<\/h4>\r\nThis tab shows an asset listing<\/a> of all of the report parameters that have been added to this report template, as shown in Figure 7.\u00a0 By default, this table will present you with a number of details about the report parameters such as the parameter’s last update date, who created the parameter, it’s title, description, codename, type and default value.\r\nFrom the Actions column<\/strong> of this report parameters table, you can act on individual parameters by \"Edit<\/a>editing or \"Delete<\/a>deleting the selected parameter.\"report<\/a>\r\n
