This popup<\/a> form can be accessed via the \"Options<\/a>options menu in the top header area of the \"Report<\/a>report template view page, as shown in Figure 1. Alternatively you can access the \"Delete<\/a>delete popup form via the \"Actions<\/a>actions column menu of the Report templates<\/strong> tab at the \"Contact<\/a>organisation view page, as shown in Figure 2.\r\n

This popup is shown in Figure 3 and is used to permanently delete an existing report template.<\/p>\r\n

Title*<\/em><\/sup>:<\/th>\r\nShows the title for this report template.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Description:<\/th>\r\nShows the description of this report template.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Template:<\/th>\r\nShows the XML code for this report template.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Status:<\/th>\r\nShows the status for this report template.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n<\/tbody>\r\n<\/table>\r\nWarning:<\/em> If you delete this report template, the associated report will be deleted as well.\r\n\r\nIf you are sure that you want to delete this report template then click the “Delete report template<\/strong>” button at the bottom of the form.\r\n\r\nClick the Cancel<\/strong> button if you do not want to delete this report template.<\/div>\r\n
