This popup<\/a> form can be accessed via the \"Add<\/a>add menu in the top header area of the \"Contact<\/a>organisation view page<\/a>, as shown in Figure 1. Alternatively you can access the \"Add<\/a>add popup form at the bottom of the Report templates<\/strong> tab at this same view page, as shown in Figure 2.\r\n

This popup is shown in Figure 3 and is used to add a new \"Report<\/a>report template<\/a> for the selected organisation.<\/p>\r\n

Parent asset:<\/th>\r\nThis read-only<\/em> field shows the organisation that this report template is being added to.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Title*<\/em><\/sup>:<\/th>\r\nEnter the title for this report template here.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Description:<\/th>\r\nEnter a description of this report template here.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Template:<\/th>\r\nEnter the XML code for this report template here.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Status:<\/th>\r\nUse this drop-down list to select the status for this report template. By default, this will be assigned to be ‘New’<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Member selection:<\/th>\r\nYou can select multiple assets\/users in the non-members field (left box)<\/strong> by clicking the checkbox or using the SHIFT keys to check multiple assets\/users. These checked assets\/users will be moved to the members field (right box)<\/strong> beside it. If you want to remove an asset\/user, you can uncheck it in the non-members field (left box) or you can press the X button on the asset\/user in the members field (right box). You can also drag and drop to rearrange the order in the members field (right box).<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Include as dashlet:<\/th>\r\nSelect this check box if you would like this report template to be generated for a dashlet.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Export options:<\/th>\r\nUse the remaining check boxes in this form to select which formats you would like to be able to export this report in.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Admin only:<\/th>\r\nCheck this to make the report visible to only users with an System Administrators licence.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n<\/tbody>\r\n<\/table>\r\n \r\n\r\nOnce you are happy with your selection click the “Add report template<\/strong>” button at the bottom of the form. This will add a new report template with the information that you supplied.\r\n\r\nThe new report template can be viewed in the Report Templates <\/strong>tab asset listing at the organisation’s view page, as shown in Figure 4.\"\"<\/a>\r\n
