To navigate into the issue’s view page, select the link beneath the reference <\/strong>column of the Issues<\/strong> tab at the parent asset’s view page. This page is shown in Figure 1 and shows all the information relating to the selected \"issues<\/a>issue<\/a>.\r\n\r\n\"issue<\/a>\r\n

Figure 1 – Issue view page<\/strong><\/p>\r\nThe \u00a0top header area<\/a> allows you to \"Edit<\/a>edit, \"escalate<\/a>escalate, \"Delete<\/a>delete or \"Move<\/a>move the issue; or to act on the workflow state of the issue or add a new \"Change<\/a>change request, \"Actions<\/a>action, \"Lesson<\/a>lesson, \"Attachments<\/a>attachment, or \"Comment<\/a>comment to the selected issue.\r\n\r\nSome details of the issue are displayed just below the top header area,\u00a0for example the title, impact and priority and the workflow that has been selected for this issue. The rest of the page is made up of a number of tabs or sections (depending on your selected view):\r\n

\"Actions<\/a>\u00a0Actions<\/h4>\r\nThis tab shows an asset listing<\/a> of all of the\u00a0actions<\/a> registered for this issue, as shown in Figure 2.\u00a0 By default, this table will present you with a number of details about the actions such as it’s reference, description, priority and due date to name a few. If you click on the reference<\/strong> link of the listed action, you will navigate to that action’s view page<\/a>.\r\nFrom the Actions column<\/strong> of this actions table, you can act on individual actions by \"Edit<\/a>editing<\/a>, \"Delete<\/a>deleting<\/a>, \"escalate<\/a>escalating or \"Move<\/a>moving the chosen action.\"action<\/a>\r\n

\"Attachments<\/a> Attachments<\/h4>\r\nThis tab shows an asset listing<\/a> of all of the attachments<\/a> that have been added to this issue, as shown in Figure 3.\u00a0 By default, this table will present you with a number of details about the attachments such as the file’s name, attachment type, view the version and access a download link.\r\nFrom the Actions column<\/strong> of this attachments table, you can act on individual attachments by \"Edit<\/a>editing<\/a>, \"Delete<\/a>deleting<\/a>, \"Move<\/a>moving<\/a> or \"lock<\/a>locking<\/a>\/\"unlock<\/a>unlocking<\/a> the selected attachment.\r\n\r\n\"view<\/a>\r\n

Here, you can also export this attachment list to \"Excel<\/a>Excel or \"CSV<\/a>CSV files.\r\n\r\nAt the very bottom of this tabbed view, you have the option to add more attachments by utilising the drag and drop functionality to drag the files you wish to upload into the drop box (note that this function works in HTML5 compliant browsers only).\r\n\r\n \r\n

\"Comment<\/a>\u00a0Comments<\/h4>\r\nThis tab shows an asset listing<\/a> of all of the comments<\/a> that \"icon_user\"<\/a>users<\/a> have made on this issue, as shown in Figure 4.\u00a0 By default, this table will present you with a number of details about the comments such as, the date that this comment was last updated, who created the comment, the comment itself and any associated tags to name a few.\r\nFrom the Actions column<\/strong> of this comments table, you can act on individual comments by \"Edit<\/a>editing<\/a> or \"Delete<\/a>deleting<\/a>\u00a0 the selected comment.\r\n\r\n\"view<\/a>\r\n

\"Change<\/a>\u00a0Change requests<\/h4>\r\nThis tab shows\u00a0an asset listing<\/a> of all of the change requests<\/a> that have been added to this issue, as shown in Figure 5. By default you will be presented with the change request’s reference, title, category, description, scheduling information, the user who initiated this request, the owner of the request and it’s current state. If you select the link under the reference column, you will navigate into the change request’s view page.\r\n\r\nFrom the Actions column<\/strong> of this change requests table, you can act on individual requests by \"Edit<\/a>editing, \"Delete<\/a>deleting, \"Move<\/a>moving the request or adding \"Comment<\/a>comments or \"Attachments<\/a>attachments to the selected request. You may also be presented with the option to run a \"Report<\/a>report on the chosen change request.\r\n

This tab shows the details for the selected issue which may include planning and scheduling information or any additional custom field information specific to your configurations, along with the issue’s description, implication, treatment plan and origin information, all of which have the option to accommodate for inline editing. Note that individual user editing will be dependent on access rights.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

\"escalate<\/a>\u00a0Escalated<\/h4>\r\nThis tab shows an asset listing<\/a> of the asset<\/a> that this issue has been escalated to, as shown in Figure 7.\u00a0 By default, this table will present you with a number of details about the escalated asset such as the type and name.\r\nYou can de-escalate<\/a> the selected issue from the Actions column<\/strong> of this asset listing.\r\n\r\n\"view<\/a>\r\n

\"History<\/a>\u00a0History<\/h4>\r\nThis tab shows shows some basic history of the issue, as shown in Figure 8.\u00a0 By default, this tab will present you with a number of details about the issue’s history such as the creation date, creation user, last update date and last update user. If the issue has been changed then this section will also show a table of all the changes that has been made, including the date of each change, the field changed, the value before the change and the user who made the change.\"view<\/a>\r\n\r\n \r\n

Note that you can customise your change table view<\/a> by clicking the \"Edit<\/a>edit button at the bottom of the change table. Here, you can also export this list of changes to \"Excel<\/a>Excel or \"CSV<\/a>CSV files.<\/p>\r\n \r\n

\"Lesson<\/a>\u00a0Lessons<\/h4>\r\nThis tab shows\u00a0an asset listing<\/a> of all of the lessons that have been added to this issue, as shown in Figure 9. By default you will be presented with the lesson’s context, reference, title, description, the user who created the lesson and it’s current state . If you select the link under the lesson column, you will navigate into the lesson’s view page. The workflow column also provides information as to the next workflow transitions available, if a workflow has been selected upon lesson creation.\r\n\r\nFrom the Actions column<\/strong> of the lessons table, you can act on individual lessons by\u00a0 \"Edit<\/a>editing, \"escalate<\/a>escalating, \"Delete<\/a>deleting, \"Move<\/a>moving the lesson or adding \"Comment<\/a>comments or \"Attachments<\/a>attachments to that lesson.\"lessons<\/a>\r\n
