This popup<\/a> form can be accessed via the \"Options<\/a>options menu in the top header area of the risk view page, as shown in Figure 1. Alternatively you can access the \"escalate<\/a>escalate popup form\u00a0via the \"Actions<\/a>actions column menu of the Risks<\/strong> tab at any of the parent view pages (e.g. \"Contact<\/a>organisation, \"Programme<\/a>programme, \"Project<\/a>project, \"Subproject<\/a>sub-project, or \"Change<\/a>change request), as shown in Figure 2.\r\n

This popup is shown in Figure 3 and is used to escalate a risk<\/a> to a higher authority.<\/p>\r\n

\"\"<\/a>\r\nFigure 3 – Escalate risk form<\/strong><\/p>\r\nThis form allows you to escalate this risk upwards, e.g. from a project to a programme, or to a specific user.\r\n\r\nUse the authority<\/strong> drop-down list to select where you want to escalate the risk and if you are happy with this selection, click the “Escalate risk<\/strong>” button at the bottom of the form.\r\n\r\nClick the “Cancel<\/strong>” button if you no longer want to escalate the risk.<\/div>\r\n
